Galaxy Digital’s $3.507 billion financing for its CoreWeave data-center build in Texas comes with a steep price: about $346.3 million in annual interest.

A Galaxy project subsidiary priced the 9.875% senior secured notes on July 23. The deal is slated to close July 28, and the notes mature on Aug. 1, 2031.

The financing is intended to cover part of two buildings with eight data halls at the Helios campus. The facilities are planned for 400 megawatts of utility capacity and 260 MW of critical IT capacity, with some proceeds also funding debt-service reserves.

The 9.875% coupon works out to $346.3 million in annual interest, paid in cash every Feb. 1 and Aug. 1 starting in 2027. The first payment covers only part of a year, but Galaxy has not disclosed the exact amount.

Bitcoin's outlook depends on defending $61K, with whale buying emerging as the key force absorbing recent selling pressure.

Bitcoin's [BTC] latest recovery attempt ran into heavy selling before buyers could reclaim higher ground. After briefly reaching $66,932, bearish pressure quickly erased the advance. This shift signaled that sellers remained firmly in control.

That rejection became more significant when the price slipped below the $65,718 support. This turned the former demand zone into overhead resistance, confirming a lower high, lower low structure.

As selling accelerated, stronger bearish candles consistently overwhelmed weaker relief rallies around the $63,000-$64,000 region, reflecting fading buying interest.

This shift also appeared in momentum indicators, with the RSI falling to 36.9 while the MACD remained below its signal line as of writing. Unless buyers absorb selling near $61,221, this structure may lead to an additional decline in price for Bitcoin below
