Компания Strategy Майкла Сэйлора увеличила свои денежные резервы до 3,75 миллиарда долларов, выкупив акции STRC на сумму 25 миллионов долларов. После привлечения 544,5 миллионов долларов на прошлой неделе, денежные резервы Strategy (MSTR) теперь составляют 3,75 миллиарда долларов.

По словам исполнительного председателя Майкла Сэйлора, этих 3,75 миллиарда долларов достаточно для покрытия дивидендов по привилегированным акциям в течение 2,1 года.

Согласно документам, поданным в SEC в понедельник утром, средства были привлечены за счет продажи более 5,4 миллионов обыкновенных акций.

Небольшая часть привлеченных на прошлой неделе средств — 25 миллионов долларов — была использована для выкупа 288 930 акций высокодоходных привилегированных акций STRC.
