Crypto Protocol Transparency Lags Despite Growing Revenue Data
Most cryptocurrency protocols are generating measurable revenue, yet few provide the level of transparency expected in traditional financial markets, according to new research from Novora.

The study, which reviewed more than 150 projects across sectors including decentralized exchanges, lending platforms, and blockchain infrastructure, found that 91% of protocols have traceable revenue. However, only a small fraction presents that data in a way that is accessible to investors.

JustLend DAO said its third JST buyback and burn removed 271.3 million tokens worth about $21.3 million, bringing total supply reduction to 13.7% in six months.

According to the latest official update, the third large-scale buyback and burn of JST has been completed. In this round, 271,337,579 JST tokens, worth an estimated $21.3 million, were burned, representing 2.74% of the total supply. Every dollar deployed in this round originated directly from the organic revenue of JustLend DAO. This includes approximately $10.34 million drawn from accumulated revenue, paired with $10.97 million in net new revenue generated during Q1 2026.

This milestone marks the completion of three massive buyback-and-burn cycles. Since its launch in October 2025, this program has burned 1,356,228,332 JST tokens in just six months, slashing the total supply by ~13.70%.

On the execution front, Grants DAO spearheaded the entire process on-chain. This fully decentralized operation ensures that every transaction is publicly traceable. Ethereum price is basically stuck right under a ceiling, and $2,400 is the level doing all the damage, because it lines up with both resistance and the 100-day EMA, and every push into it keeps getting rejected.

The structure underneath still looks solid, though, with price holding above the 20 and 50-day averages, which keeps the bias slightly bullish as long as that holds.

Momentum is kind of neutral right now, RSI is sitting in the middle, and MACD is still weak but flattening, which usually means a bigger move is building but has not picked a direction yet.

If ETH can break above $2,400 with real volume, that is where things open up quickly toward $2,500 and higher, because the structure is already in place for continuation.

But if it keeps failing at this level, a pullback becomes more likely, with $2,200 as the first area that needs to hold, and if that goes, it can slide further down fast.

So this is one of those tight setups where everything comes down to one level, break it, and it runs, fail it again, and it pulls back.
