Two women have been convicted of 'brazenly' stealing nearly $10 million from retail titan Amazon in a fake vendor scheme, splurging the stolen funds on luxury items. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) says 40-year-old Brittany Hudson of Atlanta, Georgia, has been convicted of defrauding Amazon using a scam involving fake invoices and vendors with the aid of her romantic partner, Kayricka Wortham, who worked as an operations manager at an Amazon warehouse. Authorities say that between January 2022 to June 2022, Hudson - who owned a business that contracted with Amazon to deliver packages - leveraged the position of Worthram to defraud Amazon by having Worthram approve fake vendors as legitimate in order for them to submit invoices. Using this method, the duo submitted millions of dollars worth of invoices on behalf of fake vendors and pocketed the money, splurging on luxury cars, such as a 2019 Lamborghini Urus, a 2021 Dodge Durango, a 2022 Tesla Model X, a 2018 Porsche Panamera, and a Kawasaki ZX636 motorcycle, as well as a $1 million home in Georgia. Furthermore, in January 2023, while out on bond for defrauding Amazon, the duo lied to a potential business partner, saying that their charges had been dismissed, going as far as faking an email and signature of a federal judge to be convincing.Worthram was sentenced to 16 years behind bars in 2023 while sentencing for Hudson is scheduled for June 16, Comment 4 1

Bitcoin Still Trapped in a Bear Flag
Although BTC recovered to the mid-$70,000s, this alone does not confirm that the market is out of danger. Crypto analyst CrypFlow notes that while higher timeframes show some constructive signs, the daily chart still displays a bearish structure that has not been invalidated. This means the recent bounce may be temporary.
The daily candlestick chart shows that since early February, Bitcoin has been consolidating within a rising channel. In the context of the prior downtrend, this is classified as a “bear flag.” BTC recently rallied toward the upper boundary near $76,000 but was rejected and fell back toward the channel midline, placing it at a critical short-term decision point. Historically, a similar bear flag from mid-November 2025 to late January 2026 led to a breakdown to $60,000 in early February 2026.
The $70K–$76K Zone Is Crucial
Currently, Bitcoin is trading between the channel midline and the rejection zone near $76,000. At the time of writing, BTC is around $70,610, close to the $70,000 support level. If it closes the week below $70,000, the bear flag structure suggests a potential drop toward at least $65,000.
On a macro level, CrypFlow also highlights the Gaussian Channel indicator, which tracks Bitcoin’s behavior across full market cycles. Historically, major cycle bottoms have only occurred after the Gaussian Channel flips from green to red. In February 2026, the channel turned red after BTC hit its low, implying that while Bitcoin remains above $60,000, this may not be the final bottom.
