The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has withdrawn its civil fraud lawsuit against BitClout and DeSo founder Nader Al-Naji, barring him from filing new lawsuits.

The SEC filed a joint agreement to withdraw its civil lawsuit against DeSo founder Nader Al-Naji and six defendants, barring the agency from filing new lawsuits on the same charges.

In 2024, the SEC accused Al-Naji of raising more than $257 million through an unregistered token sale and allegedly misappropriating more than $7 million in investor funds for personal expenses.

According to a joint agreement filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the SEC has formally withdrawn its civil fraud lawsuit against BitClout and DeSo founder Nader Al-Naji.

According to on-chain analyst GugaOnChain, the key indicator to watch is the Long-Term Holder SOPR (Spent Output Profit Ratio). This metric measures whether investors who have held Bitcoin for 155 days or more are selling their coins at a profit or a loss.
Currently, the LTH-SOPR sits at 1.01, indicating that long-term holders are selling their Bitcoin around break-even or with minimal profit. This suggests that experienced investors are actively defending their acquisition cost near $70,675, creating a strong support zone for the market.
Another important metric, the Puell Multiple, is currently at 0.60. This indicator tracks miner profitability and market cycles. Historically, lower levels signal that the market may be undervalued, while also indicating that miners are beginning to feel financial pressure. If the Puell Multiple drops closer to 0.5, it could signal miner capitulation and potentially push Bitcoin toward its Realized Price near $54,000.
Despite bearish signals from some indicators, the market has shown surprising resilience. On March 13, whales holding 1,000 to 10,000 BTC distributed roughly 16,100 BTC. Normally, such a large sell-off would trigger a sharp market drop, yet Bitcoin only retraced by about 0.33%.
The reason lies in strong absorption from other market participants. “Mega whales” holding more than 10,000 BTC and mid-sized holders known as “dolphins” (100–1,000 BTC) have been buying into the selling pressure, helping stabilize the market.
At the same time, institutional demand remains strong. Over the past week, spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows of $763.4 million, including $180.4 million on March 13 alone.

With Bitcoin now sustaining a price move above the former $70,000 barrier, on-chain data has identified the multiple key levels that deserve investors’ attention in analyzing the next major price move.

In an X post on March 14, seasoned analyst Ali Martinez states that Bitcoin confronts a major price barrier at the $73,726 price point, according to data from Glassnode’s MVRV Pricing Bands.
