Shiba Inu is back on track to reclaim the $0.000005 zone after multiple weeks of trading below this price level following the extensive market downturn.

While momentum is building again, latest data provided by crypto analytics platform CryptoQuant shows that the amount of Shiba Inu available for sale on exchanges has been reduced substantially, reflecting a bullish netflow balance.

Following the bullish exchange activity, the data shows that the Shiba Inu exchange netflow is currently sitting at a negative balance of -207,257,000,000 $SHIB, which is bullish for its price.

It is important to note that such negative balances in the $SHIB exchange netflow provide a bullish outlook for the meme token, as it means that the amount of tokens returned to exchanges for sale is substantially lower than the amount moved out of supported exchanges for buying purposes.

Apparently, this implies that more buyers have flooded the Shiba Inu trading platform over the last day, fading off existing sell pressure while driving its price toward further upward moves.

The bullish reversal in Shiba Inu exchange activity has come amid a broader crypto market rally after major crypto assets including Bitcoin and XRP suddenly flipped into the green, recording price increases of over 15% over the last day.

Shiba Inu also joined the trend, surging massively from its previous low to reclaim $0.000005 after multiple weeks of trading significantly lower. This marks a price increase of 9.87% over the last 24 hours.

Market participants believe $SHIB could eventually reclaim its multi-month high of $0.000006 in August if momentum persists.

Eightco Holdings Discloses Major Crypto Holdings: 16,278 ETH and 302M WLD

Nasdaq-listed Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) has disclosed significant cryptocurrency holdings as of August 19, according to data from Investing.com. The company holds 16,278 Ethereum ($ETH) and 301,971,219 Worldcoin ($WLD) tokens, positioning itself as a notable institutional player in the digital asset space.

Breakdown of Eightco’s Holdings

Eightco’s $WLD holdings represent approximately 8.4% of the circulating supply of Worldcoin, a project co-founded by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman. At a token price of $0.37, these holdings are valued at roughly $111.73 million. The company also holds about $132 million in cash and stablecoins, along with a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through a special purpose vehicle. Combined, Eightco’s total holdings amount to approximately $389 million.

This disclosure highlights a growing trend of publicly traded companies diversifying their treasuries into digital assets and AI-related ventures. Eightco’s substantial $WLD position, in particular, underscores its confidence in the long-term potential of Worldcoin’s identity-focused blockchain project.

A Solana (SOL) whale that banked more than $20 million in 2023 has resurfaced after two years, buying $3.6 million in SOL.

Blockchain tracker Lookonchain flagged the purchase. This comes as SOL trades roughly 74% below its January 2025 record high.

Dormant Whale Buys $3.6 Million in Solana After Two Years 
The buy totaled 47,535 SOL. The wallet, tagged GvHYQQ, accumulated in 2023, before SOL began its climb.

It bought 291,790 SOL for $6.82 million across the August and October dips that year, averaging $23.37 per token. SOL then started climbing in late 2023. 

The whale sold 191,789 SOL for $24.62 million at an average price of $128.36, locking in more than $20 million in realized profit. The address stayed silent for over two years afterward.

“Now, after 2 years of inactivity, the whale is buying the SOL dip again,” Lookonchain said.

According to Arkham data, the wallet still holds roughly 100,000 SOL from its original 2023 stack. The fresh buy lifts that position to about 147,535, worth close to $11.1 million at current prices.
