Liquidity fragmentation creates new challengesUnlike traditional markets where liquidity is often concentrated in a limited number of venues, crypto trading activity is spread across numerous blockchain networks, decentralized exchanges and liquidity pools.According to the report, the ability to identify and combine liquidity sources efficiently can have a direct impact on trading outcomes, particularly for larger transactions.To measure these differences, Block Scholes compared thousands of live API quotes collected simultaneously from four platforms: Bitget Wallet, KyberSwap, 0x, and Jupiter. The analysis covered transactions ranging from less than $1,000 to $100,000 across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and stablecoin trading pairs.

Market analyst Omkar Godbole compared two moving averages for Bitcoin: the 50-week simple moving average (SMA) and the 100-week moving average.

At this point, the analyst noted that the 50 and 100-week moving averages are very close to a death cross. Accordingly, the 50-week moving average, representing approximately one year, is very close to falling below the 100-week moving average. Based on current trends, the analyst predicts this crossover could occur as early as next week.

This phenomenon, referred to as a bearish cross among market analysts, can signal a market bottom and the beginning of a long-term bull market.

While the death cross is often interpreted as a bearish signal, according to the analyst, historical data suggests that this particular event marks the end of previous bear markets and is followed by a bull run.

The House Financial Services Committee has scheduled back-to-back hearings on July 14 and July 17, one covering Federal Reserve monetary policy, the other focused directly on the CLARITY Act. This is giving supporters of comprehensive crypto regulation their highest-profile platform yet as the pre-recess window narrows.

As of today, the bill has cleared the Senate Banking Committee, been placed on the Senate legislative calendar, and attracted a House fast-track commitment if the Senate moves first. None of that changes the core arithmetic: the CLARITY Act needs 60 votes on the Senate floor, and Republicans currently hold 53 seats.

The same post ultimately projected $140,000 per BTC.The post is not fresh market commentary. That matters. It should not be treated as a new signal or a current analyst update. Its relevance comes from the fact that Bitcoin has since moved close to the upper end of the downside range mentioned in the roadmap.That makes it a useful example of how traders revisit old cycle maps when price begins to validate part of the path. It does not mean the full prediction is correct, and it certainly does not guarantee the later upside target. But it does show why old technical roadmaps can re-enter market conversation when price catches up to them.
