Saudi Arabia-based Al Arabiya television has published the terms of a 14-point memorandum of understanding reportedly prepared between Iran and the United States. The text reported by Al Arabiya contains more detailed provisions compared to the version shared by the Iran-based Mehr News Agency.

According to the first article of the agreement, Iran, the United States, and the allies of the parties to the current war agree to immediately and permanently end the war on all fronts, including in Lebanon. The parties also commit to refraining from any hostile actions against each other, and to avoid threats or the use of force.

Parties to Meet for 60 Days to Reach Final Agreement

The text states that Iran and the US will mutually respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and will not interfere in each other’s internal affairs. It also states that the parties will continue negotiations to reach a final agreement within a maximum of 60 days, a period that can be extended by mutual consent. This clause was not included in the version published in Iranian media.

According to the agreement, the US will immediately lift its naval blockade against Iran following the signing of the document. The goal is for Iran’s maritime transport capacity to return to pre-war levels within 30 days at the latest. The US also commits to withdrawing its military presence around Iran within 30 days of the final agreement being reached.

In return, Iran will take the necessary steps to restore commercial maritime transport between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman to pre-war levels within 30 days. This process will include removing technical obstacles and neutralizing mines.

SpaceX is trading like a $2T meme stock after its record IPOSpaceX’s first week as a public company is starting to look less like a conventional stock-market debut and more like a high-leverage crypto asset.

Shares of Elon Musk-led company, trading under the ticker SPCX, extended their post-IPO rally Tuesday as investors piled into one of the smallest public floats ever attached to a company valued in the trillions of dollars.

The stock rose as much as 13% to $210 in early market trading, according to Yahoo Finance data.

This frenzy has also crossed into digital-asset markets, where SPCX-linked perpetual futures have become one of the busiest contracts across crypto trading platforms.

Tiny float turns demand into momentum
SpaceX’s post-IPO rally has been intensified by the unusually small amount of stock available for public trading.

The company sold 555.6 million shares in its IPO, raising $75 billion. The sale later expanded to 638.9 million shares and about $85.7 billion in proceeds after underwriters exercised their overallotment option.

Even after the additional shares, only a narrow slice of SpaceX’s equity entered the public market. This is because the company has about 13 billion shares outstanding, meaning the IPO released only a small portion of its total stock.

Thus, Musk and other insiders still control most of the company, while lockup agreements limit how much additional supply can reach the market in the near term.

Thierry Borgeat, co-founder of Arvy, said that structure created an exceptionally tight supply setup for a company of SpaceX’s scale, with index funds, retail traders, and momentum buyers all chasing a limited number of tradeable shares.

Crypto analyst Colin Talks Crypto drew a similar comparison to digital-asset markets, arguing that SPCX is behaving like a token with a heavily restricted release schedule.

The acquisition comes after a challenging year for Mantra. The project’s native token, OM, experienced a dramatic collapse in 2023, losing over 90% of its value. The crash triggered significant organizational restructuring, including staff reductions, as the company worked to stabilize its operations.

Inveniam Capital Partners, an existing investor, had previously injected $20 million into Mantra before the restructuring took place. The firm’s decision to acquire the blockchain platform signals a continued commitment to the project’s underlying technology and its focus on bringing real-world assets onto the blockchain.

What This Means for Mantra and the RWA Sector

The acquisition is a notable development in the real-world asset tokenization space, a sector that has attracted increasing interest from traditional finance and institutional investors. By bringing Mantra under its umbrella, Inveniam gains direct control over a Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure designed specifically for regulatory-compliant asset tokenization.
