The AI narrative continues to gain pace, with Nasdaq-listed company Forward Industries [FWDI] submitting a bid to acquire SkyAI, Inc. [SKYA], the parent company of the $SKYAI token.

What followed was a 21% uptrend in $SKYAI in the past 24 hours amid an increase in speculative trading in the AI play.
$SKYAI is among the best-performing AI tokens year-to-date (YTD), delivering about 881% gains, only second to Venice Token [VVV] at 906%.

With such a strong performance, Forward submitted two non-binding proposals to the Board of Directors of SkyAI, Inc. regarding the stock. SkyAI, Inc. holds 2 million Solana [$SOL] acquired in September 2025, while FWDI is a $SOL treasury.

Holders of the stock would receive 20% of SKYA’s closing price in new shares of FWDI stock. This would mean enhanced liquidity and exposure to the digital asset treasury. However, the parent company is yet to respond.

As a result of this news, the on-chain buying volume of the $SKYAI token spiked by 3x, reaching about $63 million. This is because mergers often lead to price re-ratings.

Moreover, the number of holders has increased by more than 4K during this period. These holders grew from around 56K to 60K, as per CoinMarketCap.



$SKYAI price was attempting to break above the $0.40 resistance level, with the chart showing three consecutive highs in June. This followed four touches at the $0.15 level.

The spike in buying volume was evident as the CVD increased by 174%, to about 7.24 million $SKYAI tokens. This meant about 20 million tokens had been bought in just a day.

Moreover, the Stochastic Momentum Index (SMI) had reversed after briefly dipping below the neutral level.If the price can hold above $0.40, then a 126% rally back to the highs at $0.86 may follow. However, resistance levels at $0.60, $0.70, and $0.80 may present some challenges.

Solana has staged an impressive rebound after establishing a local bottom near $60.26. The recovery has lifted $SOL toward the $75 region, reviving optimism among market participants. Buyers have reclaimed several important technical levels during the recent advance.

However, the rally now approaches a decisive zone that could shape the next major move. Traders continue to assess whether strengthening momentum can overcome overhead resistance. At the same time, derivatives data and exchange flows reveal a more cautious market environment beneath the surface.

$SOL currently trades around $75.18 after recovering from its earlier decline. The price now sits above the 20-day, 50-day, and 100-day exponential moving averages. This development suggests that short-term sentiment has improved considerably.

Moreover, the alignment of these moving averages supports the ongoing recovery narrative. The 20 EMA stands near $71.43, while the 50 EMA rests around $69.57. Additionally, the 100 EMA near $71.20 reinforces the importance of this broader support cluster.

Despite these positive signals, bulls face an immediate challenge near $75.50 and $76.00. This zone coincides with the 200 EMA and a significant resistance barrier. A decisive breakout above this region could strengthen buying interest considerably.Consequently, traders may shift attention toward the next resistance level at $78.58. Beyond that, the $83.57 area represents a major upside objective. This level previously acted as an important supply zone during earlier market activity.While momentum has improved, support levels remain equally important. The first notable support rests near $71.90, which aligns with the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level.

Stellar’s $XLM attracted renewed buying interest on Tuesday after posting strong gains at the start of the week. $XLM surged over 11%, bringing the asset closer to key resistance levels that could determine the next phase of its price action.

Supporting the rally are improving derivatives and on-chain metrics, including rising open interest, increasing trading volumes, and positive funding rates, all of which point to growing market participation and strengthening bullish sentiment.

Data from CoinGlass shows a notable increase in derivatives activity for both cryptocurrencies.

$XLM’s open interest climbed to $261 million. Rising open interest is generally viewed as a sign that new capital is entering the market and that traders are increasing exposure to the assets.

The increase suggests investors are positioning for further upside as momentum improves across the broader crypto market.

Funding rates have also shifted in favor of bulls. CoinGlass data shows that $XLM’s funding rate reached 0.0061% on Tuesday.

Positive funding rates indicate that long-position holders are willing to pay a premium to maintain bullish bets, often reflecting growing confidence in higher prices.

On-chain activity provides additional support for the bullish outlook. According to Santiment, Stellar’s trading volume is climbing to $879.25 million from just $153 million over the past few days.

The sharp rise in activity suggests renewed investor interest in the $XLM ecosystem as prices recover from recent lows.
