Ripple Price Analysis: The Daily Chart

On the daily timeframe, $XRP is currently facing a strong confluence of resistance levels around the $1.4-$1.45 region. This area includes the 100-day moving average, positioned near $1.4 and aligned with the upper boundary of the long-term descending channel. Such a technical confluence significantly strengthens the importance of this resistance zone and increases the probability of a bearish rejection due to growing seller presence.

The recent recovery attempts have so far lacked sufficient bullish momentum, and failure to reclaim this region could trigger another pullback toward lower support levels around the $1.3 and $1.2 areas. From a broader perspective, only a valid bullish breakout above the descending blue channel on higher timeframes would invalidate the ongoing bearish structure and potentially initiate a sustained bullish rally toward higher resistance zones.

On-chain liquidity weakens despite price growth
Arbitrum’s recent price expansion has not been matched by growth in key on-chain liquidity metrics. Both Total Value Locked (TVL) and stablecoin supply across the network have continued to decline, reflecting weakening capital participation within the ecosystem.

TVL, which tracks the total amount of assets locked across decentralized finance protocols on the network, often serves as a measure of investor confidence and ecosystem activity. Sustained declines typically indicate capital rotation away from the chain.

Since tje 18th of April, approximately $449 million has exited Arbitrum’s TVL. The scale of the outflow suggests that broader market conviction around the ecosystem remains fragile despite $ARB’s recent upside.Source: DeFiLlama
Data also showed TVL slipping by an additional 0.24% over the past 24 hours to roughly $1.57 billion at the time of writing.

Stablecoin liquidity has followed a similar trend. Since May 1, more than $1 billion in stablecoins has reportedly moved out of the Arbitrum network, highlighting a broader reduction in deployable capital across the chain.

Liquidity outflows of this magnitude often point to weakening confidence in a network’s near-term outlook, particularly when compared with competing blockchain ecosystems attracting fresh inflows.

$TIA’s price broke above the critical $0.430 resistance after buyers accelerated price expansion during the latest breakout phase. The rally pushed the price towards the $0.463 resistance zone, which previously rejected bullish continuation attempts during April’s recovery structure.

Buyers also defended the breakout region successfully, turning the former resistance into an immediate short-term support as higher lows continued to form across the chart.

The broader structure reflected strengthening bullish conditions after weeks of range-bound movement between the $0.34 and $0.38-levels.

Meanwhile, the DMI structure showed buyers maintaining strong directional control throughout the rally. The +DI climbed to 32.67 while the -DI weakened sharply towards 5.74, confirming that bullish pressure dominated the current structure.

ADX also surged to 38.30 – Evidence that trend strength strengthened considerably during the breakout. However, sellers still defended the $0.463 region aggressively.

If buyers sustain pressure above $0.430, $TIA could challenge higher resistance zones instead of returning towards consolidation.
