Narrative: Will Rally Last?

$ONDO climbed 17.9% today after traders reacted to a tokenized Treasury settlement pilot involving Ondo Finance, Ripple, Mastercard, and JPMorgan's Kinexys platform. CoinGecko data showed the token rising to about $0.435, extending a sharp early-May recovery.

The move followed a successful test involving OUSG, Ondo's tokenized U.S. Treasury product. The pilot completed a cross-border, cross-bank redemption, with the $XRP Ledger processing the asset leg in under five seconds.

Treasury Pilot Puts RWA Demand Back in Focus

The rally came after two developments placed Ondo deeper into the real-world asset conversation. On May 4, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation named Ondo Finance to its tokenization working group, which included more than 50 financial firms.

Bitcoin dominance (BTC.D) has begun to weaken after reaching the 60% zone during the recent market expansion. That slowdown suggests capital concentration around Bitcoin may gradually be fading.

Earlier cycles have shown similar transitions across broader cryptocurrency markets.

During 2017, dominance collapsed from nearly 95% toward 35% as Ethereum [ETH] and smaller-cap assets absorbed rising liquidity. That rotation later fueled one of crypto’s strongest altcoin rallies.

crypto market inched up a little on the morning of May 10, 2026. The total market cap rose just 0.14% to $2.69 trillion as traders moved money between big coins and smaller ones. Some coins kept climbing over the weekend, but others stalled out when they hit resistance.

The XRP price slipped almost 1% during the past 24 hours after failing to extend above a key resistance region. Uniswap price moved in the opposite direction and remains one of the strongest performers in the market today with gains above 5%. SEI price also stayed positive, adding close to 2% as buyers defended the latest breakout move.

Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) non-fungible tokens are surging again, fueling hopes of a broader revival in the battered $NFT market as speculative appetite returns across crypto.

Floor prices, or the lowest value for the flagship Yuga Labs collection, have climbed from around 5 $ETH to 10 $ETH over the past month, while apecoin (APE), the ecosystem’s governance token, has also rallied from below $0.10 to about $0.16 with a sharp increase in trading volumes.



The rebound comes as memecoins and other high-risk crypto assets are outperforming more defensive sectors such as decentralized finance (DeFi), suggesting retail traders are perhaps returning to the market after months of subdued activity.

For Yuga Labs' newly appointed CEO, Michael Figge, the rally reflects more than short-term hype.

“It’s clear from the numbers that for some time, as far as blue-chip digital collectibles go, it was oversold,” Figge told CoinDesk in an interview. “You had this huge compression in price, but if you actually look at an overlay graph, unique holders were actually up.”

Figge, who has held various executive roles at Yuga Labs since 2022, before taking over as CEO last month, argued that $NFT prices had become disconnected from user participation during the prolonged downturn.

The 4H chart shows $BTC trading inside a clean ascending channel since the April lows near $65,000, with price now pressing the pper boundary near $82.000. The 20 EM at $80,337 is the immediate support level, sitting just below current price. The Parabolic SAR at $79,525 has stayed bullish throughout the channel, but price is increasingly losing momentum near the top rail.

Dogecoin price prediction – Will the memecoin overcome the 78.6% Fibonacci barrier?

Short-term momentum of Dogecoin swayed in favour of market bulls.
Recently, Dogecoin’s [DOGE] price was at the risk of facing a setback after weeks of upward momentum. However, the $0.088 support level was defended throughout April, and DOGE managed to rally past $0.10 from this support.

AMBCrypto had warned that $0.117 was the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement level, and could see a sustained bearish move. However, over the past 24 hours, the leading memecoin gained by 4.5% after briefly descending from $0.117 to $0.105.

Will the higher timeframe downtrend take control in the coming days? Or is this a sign that the bulls have overcome the rejection and may be ready to make new highs?

The swing structure on the weekly chart of Dogecoin was bullish. The swing low and high at $0.08 and $0.484, respectively, were made during the 2024 bull run. The memecoin was unable to maintain the same pace in 2025, when Bitcoin [BTC] set new all-time highs.

The rally in 2025, which came from the demand zone around the 78.6% level at $0.166, only reached $0.3 before falling lower once more. This amounted to a weak reaction from a key Fibonacci retracement level.

Therefore, though the higher timeframe swing structure was bullish, it did not exhibit strength from the buyers.
