In order to enhance our users' trading experience, HTX has now launched tiered trading fees based on transaction volume. Please note this is the beta version, changes to fee levels are not automatic. Subject to meeting any applicable trading volume requirements, you may apply for the Tiered Fee Structure or change to a higher level by emailing your Relationship Manager or vip@huobi.com”. The specific rules are as follow:

| Level 7 | 70<= Volume <150 million | 0.025% | 0.035% |
| Level 8 | 150<= Volume <300 million | 0.025% | 0.030% |
| Level 9 | Above 300 million | 0.015% | 0.025% |

Terms & Conditions:
1. Application Date: Please note that changes to Tiered Fee Levels are not automatic. HTX clients may send an application email for the above Tiered Fee Structure: vip@huobi.com.
2. Trading Volume Thresholds: Existing account holders may provide any 1-month trading volume (USDT in total) within last 6 months starting from your application date, as evidence of potential volume.
3. Applicability of Tiered Fee Structure: This Tiered Fee Structure is only applicable to Crypto to Crypto Trading fees on the HTX Exchange.
4. Points Card: Please note that Points Cards may only be used if you are on Level 1 of the Tiered Fee Structure. Your Points Card balance will not be utilised if you upgrade to any tier above Level 1. We recommend that you elect to change from Level 1 when you have fully utilised your Points Card balance.
