LiLo Token ($LILO)
At its core, Lilo ($LILO) is a decentralized liquidity-locking protocol operating on the BNB Chain. It is crafted to enhance trust and security in decentralized finance (DeFi) by enabling the transparent management of liquidity assets through smart contracts. The protocol aims to solidify the foundation of decentralized finance by providing users with effective and secure liquidity locking services.
Purpose: Lilo’s primary aim is to facilitate the secure locking of liquidity through innovative smart contracts that incorporate deflationary mechanics. This is critical in fostering trust among users by ensuring that the assets remain locked until the specified conditions are met.
Mechanism: The protocol operates on a straightforward fee structure. Users who opt to lock their assets will incur a fixed fee, with one-third of these fees allocated towards generating and burning its native $LILO tokens. This unique approach not only incentivizes liquidity locking but also aims to increase the token's scarcity over time.
Proprietary Blockchain Platform
In addition to the liquidity protocol, there exists another venture associated with the name Lilo, which focuses on the intersection of property ownership and blockchain technology. Based in London, this prop-tech startup aims to democratize access to luxury real estate through the fractional ownership model.
Objective: The platform's goal is to allow broader access to high-end properties by enabling users to purchase fractional shares via Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). This model breaks down traditional barriers to entry in luxury real estate markets, where full ownership is often financially out of reach.
Mechanism: Each property is divided into a maximum of eight shares, with fractional ownership priced approximately between €100,000 and €200,000 per share. This strategic division allows for comprehensive investment opportunities along with usage rights tied to the fractional shares.
