After identifying the incident, the company responded to it, and work is underway to analyze the circumstances of the incident and minimize potential consequences. Law enforcement agencies are also involved in the investigation of the incident, providing assistance and taking all measures to identify and bring the perpetrators to justice.
Company Neopool confirms that user funds are completely secure and control over assets is maintained. Due to the attack on the corporate domain and email, Neopool has moved all external communications to a single official Telegram channel @neopool_support.
