Онлайн-брокер Robinhood анонсировал создание собственной биржи деривативов, а также клиринговой палаты. Инициатива направлена на развитие рынков предсказаний.

Управлять независимой площадкой будет совместное предприятие под контролем Robinhood Markets. Ключевым партнером и поставщиком ликвидности выступит маркетмейкер Susquehanna International Group. В будущем список провайдеров расширят для обеспечения лучшего исполнения ордеров.

Для реализации планов партнеры приобретут платформу MIAXdx у холдинга Miami International Holdings. Сделка включает получение необходимых лицензий CFTC. MIAX сохранит за собой 10% акций новой биржи.

По данным компании, рынки предсказаний стали самым быстрорастущим продуктом Robinhood по выручке. За год с момента запуска более 1 млн пользователей заключили 9 млрд контрактов.

Вице-президент Robinhood Джей Би Маккензи отметил высокий спрос клиентов на этот инструмент. Собственная инфраструктура позволит компании гибко управлять процессами и быстрее внедрять новые продукты.

Ожидается, что биржа начнет работу в 2026 году. Площадка будет обслуживать подразделение Robinhood Derivatives и сторонних брокеров по торговле фьючерсами.

Напомним, в ноябре появились слухи, что крупнейшая американская платформа Coinbase планирует интегрировать в свои сервисы Kalshi.

Позднее Майк Новограц рассказал, что Galaxy Digital ведет переговоры с платформами Polymarket и Kalshi о предоставлении услуг маркетмейкера.

Upbit's strategic push may be less about immediate profit and more about preparing for future regulatory shifts. With South Korea's *Digital Asset Basic Act* on the horizon, which will regulate KRW-backed stablecoins, and following Dunamu's (Upbit's parent) integration into Naver Financial to build a payment ecosystem, securing a dominant position in the dollar stablecoin distribution channel holds long-term strategic value.
