Дагестан и Ингушетия возглавили антирейтинг регионов России по убыткам от майнинга

Регионы российского Северного Кавказа стали лидерами антирейтинга по числу случаев незаконной добычи цифровых активов и связанными с этой деятельностью убытками энергетиков, сообщила компания «Россети Северный Кавказ».

По словам энергетиков, в 2025 году эпицентрами незаконного майнинга криптовалют в Северо-Кавказском федеральном округе (СКФО) стали Дагестан и Ингушетия.

Генеральный директор компании «Крипто-А» Алена Нариньяни объяснила: полный запрет на добычу цифровых активов в СКФО не остановил майнеров, а доступ к дешевой электроэнергии (около 3,9 рублей за один кВт·ч против 7 рублей в Москве) побуждает создавать фермы, пряча в подвалах, фруктовых садах и просто под землей.

По словам юриста Руслана Исаева, коррупция усложняет ситуацию, поскольку некоторые участники «серого майнингового рынка» могут работать под крышей чиновников и правоохранителей. Два года назад за превышение должностных полномочий арестовали замминистра МВД Дагестана Руфата Исмаилова и замначальника следственного управления республиканского МВД Далгата Абдулгапурова. Высокопоставленные полицейские планировали через своего знакомого приобрести майнинговое оборудование на 100 млн рублей.

Заместитель главы корпорации «Россети» Даниил Краинский назвал ситуацию в СКФО «наиболее сложной». По его словам, за девять месяцев года здесь зафиксированы 94 случая хищения электроэнергии на общую сумму более 622 млн рублей.

Недавно энергетики применили оригинальный метод выявления незаконного майнинга. В аулах Балахани и Майданское Унцукульского района Дагестана, где жители часто сообщали о сбоях в электроснабжении, был временно отключен интернет. После этого нагрузка на электросеть упала сразу на 3,2 мВт — подобная мощность могла бы обеспечить электроэнергией до 1500 домов, тогда как в двух аулах всего менее 900 домохозяйств.

По данным «Россетей», после регионов СКФО в антирейтинге по убыткам энергетиков от незаконного майнинга расположилась Новосибирская область с суммой потерь около 400 млн рублей. На третьем месте — региона Центрального и Приволжского федеральных округов, где потери оцениваются в пределах 120 млн рублей.

Ранее российский электросетевой холдинг «Россети» предложил ужесточить ответственность для майнеров за самовольное подключение к электросетям. Энергетики ссылаются на значительный дефицит мощности в ряде регионов.
