Французские власти еще в марте выдали ордера на арест Павла Дурова и его брата Николая. Об этом сообщает издание Politico, ознакомившееся с соответствующей документацией.

Согласно ей, дело начато в связи с отказом Telegram сотрудничать со следствием по фактам сексуального насилия над детьми. Ордера на арест сооснователей платформы выдали 25 марта, после того, как они «не дали ответа» на более ранний судебный запрос об идентификации пользователя мессенджера.

Последний, по данным следствия, склонял несовершеннолетних девочек к отправке «собственноручно изготовленной детской порнографии», угрожая опубликовать ее в социальных сетях. Позднее этот подозреваемый также сообщил, что «изнасиловал маленького ребенка».

В документе подчеркивается «практически полное отсутствие сотрудничества Telegram» с французскими и европейскими властями в других случаях, а также использование платформы «многочисленными преступными группировками».

Ордера в отношении братьев Дуровых выданы по обвинениям, включающим «пособничество в хранении, распространении, предложении или предоставлении порнографических изображений несовершеннолетних в составе организованной группы». При этом нет указаний на то, что кто-либо из братьев Дуровых напрямую причастен к какому-либо из выявленных следствием противоправных действий.

В кратком содержании дела упоминается вице-президент Telegram Илья Перекопский, хотя в документе не указано, выдавался ли ордер на его арест.

Прокуратура Франции отказалась комментировать дело, ссылаясь на его секретность. Они заявили, что основанием для начала расследования среди прочих стали «совершенные через Telegram правонарушения, связанные с детской порнографией».

«На данном этапе по этому делу допрашивается только Павел Дуров», — добавили в прокуратуре.

Допрос Павла Дурова продлен до максимально возможных 96 часов и закончится в среду, 28 августа, после чего ему могут быть предъявлены обвинения или он будет освобожден.

Напомним, основателя Telegram задержали во французском аэропорте Ле-Бурже вечером 24 августа. Предпринимателя допрашивают в рамках расследования преступлений «неустановленного лица» по 12 статьям. Ему самому обвинения не предъявлены.
