Company Strategy Publishes Financial Report! Here are Its Bitcoin Assets
Strategy, the world's largest institutional Bitcoin investor, released its Q2 2026 financial results. The company's Bitcoin reserves grew by 11% in the quarter, reaching 843,775 BTC. Since the start of 2026, its Bitcoin holdings have increased 25%, with a reported 4.5% return on its BTC assets.
The company launched a "BTC Monetization Program," generating $218.4 million in sales year-to-date. It also raised $17.06 billion through at-the-market (ATM) equity programs and announced a $1 billion MSTR stock buyback, though no shares had been repurchased as of July 26.
New performance metrics, including "BTC Hurdle ARR" and "Net Bitcoin per Share," were introduced for investors. In digital lending, capital raised via STRC bonds surged 254% to $7.53 billion. Dividend payments to preferred shareholders totaled $1.06 billion, with reserves for dividends and interest rising 12% to $3.75 billion, sufficient for over 2.1 years of coverage.
Strategy reduced its convertible debt by 18% in Q2 while increasing Bitcoin per share by 5%, maintaining its position as the world's top institutional Bitcoin holder with 843,775 BTC.
