External attackers gained unauthorized access through improperly configured services and further entered some internal environments due to insufficient access control. This incident was limited to off-chain operational infrastructure and did not involve vulnerabilities in the SOON protocol, the sorter, or user-facing smart contracts. An investigation by BlockSec found no losses of user funds on-chain. The official team restored NFT minting and token claiming functions on July 21, and on July 27, they resumed mainnet RPC services and restarted block production. The network is now operating normally.
