Сооснователь Ethereum Виталик Бутерин заявил, что планирует полностью возобновить работу над децентрализованными социальными сетями в 2026 году, утверждая, что только платформы, построенные на общих децентрализованных слоях данных, могут способствовать реальной конкуренции и поддерживать системы массовой коммуникации, ориентированные на интересы пользователей, а не на показатели вовлеченности.

В среду в своем посте на X Бутерин заявил, что в этом году он переключил свою деятельность на децентрализованные социальные платформы, отметив, что каждый пост, который он написал или прочитал в 2026 году, был доступен через Firefly, многопользовательский интерфейс, поддерживающий X, Lens, Farcaster и Bluesky.

«Если мы хотим лучшего общества, нам нужны лучшие инструменты массовой коммуникации», — сказал Бутерин, утверждая, что децентрализация способствует конкуренции, позволяя нескольким клиентам работать на общем уровне социальных данных.

比特币衍生品市场暴跌后压力加剧


一波抛售潮将比特币推至芝加哥商品交易所 (CME) 期货史上最大缺口之一，动量指标也升至此前仅在大幅下跌期间才会出现的水平。


据 CoinGecko 数据显示，比特币价格已从周末高点 84,177 美元下跌超过 10%，至 75,947 美元。


周末暴跌的规模在 CME 期货缺口中体现得最为明显。由于全球最大的衍生品市场 CME 周五休市，周一重新开市，价格脱节造成了超过 8% 的缺口——这是自 2017 年比特币期货推出以来的第四大缺口。


专家告诉 Decrypt，整体避险情绪的蔓延部分是由宏观经济和地缘政治因素共同作用造成的。


 关键催化剂包括美国政府部分停摆、贸易战相关新闻、日本长期国债收益率上升以及地缘政治紧张局势，例如持续不断的伊朗战争和南海摩擦。


此次暴跌发生在周末流动性不足的时期，周日引发了25.6亿美元的清算，创下三个多月以来单次清算金额最大的纪录。


根据CoinGlass的数据，自周四以来，清算总额已超过54.2亿美元。去杠杆化有效地掏空了市场的投机基础，根据CryptoQuant的数据，未平仓合约总量暴跌至241.7亿美元，创九个月新低。


CoinEx Research首席分析师Jeff Ko告诉Decrypt：“此次行情形成的芝加哥商品交易所（CME）缺口是自2020年3月新冠疫情抛售潮以来最大的缺口之一。”


 当比特币现货价格在芝加哥商品交易所 (CME) 期货休市期间波动时，就会形成 CME 缺口。交易重新开始后，价格会留下一个缺口，交易员通常预期该缺口会再次出现。


Ko 指出，虽然大多数 CME 缺口往往会在几天到一周内被填补，但 2 月份均值回归的时机将“很大程度上取决于债券收益率和整体风险情绪等宏观变量”。


Bitrue 研究主管 Andri Fauzan Adziima 告诉 Decrypt，一旦波动性收窄，这个位于 77,000 美元至 84,000 美元之间的缺口可能会吸引交易员。

据 Galaxy 研究主管 Alex Thorn 在推特上发布的消息，此次抛售也已将比特币推低至一个关键的心理关口：美国现货比特币 ETF 的平均成本价。


在经历了有史以来第二和第三大资金流出周之后，比特币的交易价格已跌破该阈值。根据 Bitcoin Treasuries 的数据，此次下跌也使比特币价格危险地逼近 Strategy 的平均买入价，约为 76,000 美元。


Ko 表示：“尽管在持续的宏观经济不确定性下，波动性可能会持续到第一季度，但这种环境也可能带来以折扣价买入比特币的机会。”他将当前阶段描述为“健康的去杠杆化”，而非结构性熊市。


期权市场前景依然看好。 比特币的7天和30天25delta偏斜率在周末分别跌破-12%和-8%，表明投资者正在为下行保护（看跌期权）支付高额溢价。


“交易员已转入防御模式。期货头寸正在缩减，期权市场也显示出大量看跌期权买盘，”Adziima补充道。


尽管Bitrue分析师预测比特币目标价位在6万美元至7万美元之间，但CoinEx分析师仍持保守态度，认为6.8万美元至7万美元区间是关键支撑位。


然而，Fisher8 Capital的投资分析师赖源（Lai Yuen）告诉Decrypt，像企业国债这样的最大自主买家可能暂时“耗尽了”资金。

BitRiver CEO arrested for alleged tax concealment: Reports

The founder and CEO of Russian Bitcoin mining firm BitRiver, Igor Runets, has reportedly been detained and charged with multiple counts of tax evasion.

According to reports from local media outlets such as RBK and Kommersant on Sunday, Runets was detained on Jan. 30 and is facing three charges for allegedly concealing assets to evade taxes.

The outlets cite court documents from the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow, which indicate that Runets was charged on Jan. 31 and ordered to be placed under house arrest on the same day.

Runets’ legal team now has a small window to appeal the house arrest before it becomes fully enforceable on Feb. 4. If an appeal is unsuccessful or not filed, Runets will remain home-bound for the entirety of the case.

BitRiver was founded in 2017 and has become one of the biggest names in Russian Bitcoin mining, operating large-scale data centers across Siberia that also provide crypto mining services to other companies.

In late 2024, Bloomberg reported that Runets’ net worth had hit around $230 million from his involvement in crypto mining.

Issues piling up for BitRiver

The firm has faced several challenges since it was first hit with sanctions by the US Treasury Department in mid-2022 in response to the Russia and Ukraine conflict.

In May 2023, one of its major clients, Japanese banking giant SBI, stopped utilizing the firm’s infrastructure for Bitcoin mining after pulling out of Russia due to the ongoing conflict.

By the numbers, January 2026 saw long-sleeping wallets from the 2010–2017 era finally stretch their legs, moving about 4,905.98 $BTC—worth roughly $383 million at today’s exchange rates—after years of radio silence. Digging deeper, the data shows that 40.77% of those spends came from truly ancient bitcoin—coins traced back to 2010 block rewards that have been sitting tight for well over 15 years.

Bitcoin Time Capsules Crack Open as 2010–2017 Wallets Move Piles of Resting $BTC in January

Although January opened with a notable 2010-era whale offloading 2,000 $BTC, stats from btcparser.com show the month itself was otherwise fairly standard for dormant spending. Beyond the 40 wallets that stirred from that vintage year, addresses created in 2017 logged the second-highest number of movements, though they didn’t part with the largest bitcoin totals.

Wallets from 2011 barely cleared their throats, recording just four spends totaling 51.07 $BTC across those addresses. Meanwhile, 2012-era wallets were far more willing to part with their stash, notching seven spends and a heftier 147.19 $BTC moved from long-dormant addresses. At the same time, throughout January, wallets from 2013 quietly shuffled 547.15 $BTC across 14 separate spends.

The 2014 cohort wasn’t far behind, with roughly seven distinct wallets waking up to move about 290.37 $BTC last month. By contrast, 2015 barely made a peep, logging a lone spend that nudged just 20 $BTC. Wallets from 2016 were far busier, posting the second-largest bitcoin total of any year this month with 1,245.55 $BTC moved across 11 distinct transfers. Finally, 2017-era wallets wrapped things up by shifting 604.623 $BTC over 24 unique transfers.
