XRP’s price might be headed toward a major surge, according to a new analysis by EGRAG Crypto. The study examines the coin’s behavior within a multi-channel diagonal support and resistance structure. This structure behaves similarly to a logarithmic regression channel, guiding XRP’s potential price movements. The analysis suggests that XRP could follow a path similar to its 2017 performance, where it extended by 677%, pushing its price toward a $200 target.

Key Levels Show Probabilities of XRP Reaching $200 Price Mark

According to EGRAG Crypto, XRP’s price has already been respecting high-conviction structural levels, with the upper channel target set at $4.5. With an 80–90% probability, this level is considered highly likely.

Jan 28 (Reuters) - The White House on Monday will meet with executives from the banking and cryptocurrency industries to discuss a path forward for landmark ​crypto legislation which has stalled due to a clash between the two powerful sectors, said ‌three people familiar with the matter.

The summit hosted by the White House's crypto council will include executives from several trade groups and will focus on how the bill treats interest and other rewards crypto firms can dish out on customer holdings of dollar-pegged tokens known as stablecoins, the people said.

The White House meeting could help the ‌industries reach a compromise, and underscores how keen President Donald Trump's administration is to ​get the legislation across the line.

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The sources declined to be identified discussing private policy discussions.

The Senate has for months been working on the ‍bill, dubbed the Clarity Act, which aims to create federal rules for digital assets, the culmination of years of lobbying by the crypto industry. Crypto companies have long argued that existing rules are inadequate for digital assets, and that legislation is ⁠essential for companies to continue to operate with legal certainty in the U.S.

The House of Representatives passed its ‍version of the bill in July.

The Senate Banking Committee was scheduled earlier this month to debate and vote on the ‌bill, ‌but the meeting was postponed at the last minute, in part due to concerns among lawmakers and both industries over the interest issue.

Zodia Custody, the digital asset custody startup founded by Standard Chartered, has partnered with Dubai Insurance to introduce a crypto digital wallet designed for the UAE insurance sector.

The wallet will allow policyholders to pay premiums and receive insurance claims in digital assets, offering greater transparency and “operational modernization” across insurance workflows, said the firm.

Premium Payments and Claims in Digital Assets

The new digital wallet provides a regulated infrastructure that supports the receipt of premiums and the settlement of claims using crypto assets.

Dubai Insurance said the initiative is intended to streamline processes while ensuring high standards of governance, security, and compliance.

The company positioned the launch as part of its broader digital transformation strategy, aimed at improving customer experience and aligning insurance services with evolving financial technologies.
