Canary Capital представила биржевой фонд (ETF) на спотовой цене $SUI (0,9468) с возможностью стейкинга, что еще больше расширяет взаимодействие между сетями с алгоритмом Proof-of-Stake и традиционными инвестиционными инструментами.

Торговый фонд Canary Staked $SUI ETF (SUIS) предназначен для отслеживания спотовой цены sui, собственного токена блокчейна Sui уровня 1, а также для участия в процессе проверки Proof-of-Stake в сети. Чистые вознаграждения за стейкинг отражаются в чистой стоимости активов (NAV) фонда, предоставляя инвесторам доступ как к росту цены, так и к доходности в сети в рамках зарегистрированной структуры ETF.

XDC launches real-world USDC spending as stablecoins cross $307B
A new integration lets users spend USDC directly, cutting out fiat conversions and delays.

Stablecoins move trillions of dollars each year, but most of that activity still happens behind the scenes.

A new partnership between XDC Network and OrbitX Pay will test whether that can change by allowing USD Coin [USDC] held on XDC to be spent at merchants that accept Visa.

The idea is that users will keep funds on-chain until the moment they pay; the transaction itself works like a regular card payment.

This could reduce the need for fiat conversions and third-party off-ramps, which often add cost and delays.

Ritesh Kakkaad, co-founder of XDC Network, argued that this is part of a change to everyday use.

“The real opportunity is when blockchain moves beyond powering finance behind the scenes…”

 OrbitX CEO Ankitt Guar also said in an official statement,

“By keeping users in control of their assets while connecting to global payment networks, we aim to reduce the friction between on-chain value and real-world spending.”

Whether such integrations see meaningful adoption remains an open question.

According to new on-chain data, the Bitcoin network is experiencing a sustained period of "miner capitulation" with a consistent drop in mining difficulty since November 2025.

In the meantime, profitability is stagnant, and operators are unplugging their machines en masse.

The great unplug

The Bitcoin difficulty chart paints a stark picture of the exodus. Difficulty hit an all-time high of nearly 155 T in early November 2025. Since that peak, the metric has stepped down consistently, crashing to its current level of 141.67 T as of late January 2026.

Mining difficulty determines how hard it should be to find a block. When more miners join, it gets harder. When they leave, it gets easier. The stepped decline in the chart confirms that massive amounts of hashrate are being taken offline. Miners are "tapping out" since they are unable to justify the electricity costs of running their fleets.

In late October, miner profitability (hashprice) fell off a cliff. It dropped from ~$49/PH/s to ~$35/PH/s in a matter of days.

Despite the difficulty dropping, which should theoretically make it more profitable for the remaining miners, profitability has barely budged. It remains stuck in the $38–$40 range.

This creates a "profitability trap." The remaining miners are getting a larger slice of the pie, but the value of that pie is likely too low to make a difference.

While volatility is not unusual after strong rallies, the speed of this correction has reinforced concerns that the market may be transitioning into a deeper cyclical slowdown rather than a brief consolidation phase.

According to top analyst Axel Adler, on-chain data support this interpretation. The Entity-Adjusted Liveliness metric — which tracks long-term coin activity relative to holding behavior — peaked at approximately 0.02676 in December 2025, about two months after the price ATH. This lag is typical for cumulative on-chain indicators. Since then, the metric has begun trending downward, historically a signal that distribution phases are ending and accumulation periods are beginning.

Previous cycles show that similar reversals in liveliness often preceded extended accumulation phases lasting roughly 1.1 to 2.5 years. If the pattern holds, the current market environment may reflect an early-stage restructuring phase rather than an imminent recovery. Investors are therefore watching both price action and on-chain signals closely to assess whether stabilization or further downside risk lies ahead.

Adler further notes that liveliness peaked shortly after Bitcoin’s all-time high and has since begun trending downward, a pattern historically associated with a transition from distribution toward accumulation. In this context, the central question is no longer whether a bear phase has begun, but rather its depth and duration.
