Crypto lender Genesis and its key creditor group, the Unsecured Creditors Committee (UCC), have agreed to a 30-day mediation process in court to move forward with a final restructuring plan. The aim is to reach a final resolution as soon as possible, but one company, Gemini, has expressed frustration over the slow progress.
