SBF Attorney Files Again Motion for Temporary Release, Reason Still Not Insufficient for Material Review

SBF lawyers submitted a motion for temporary release again on August 28, citing the same reasons as before, including poor network conditions and insufficient laptop power in prison.  Previously, SBF's legal team stated in documents submitted to the US Southern District Court of New York on August 25 that if the prosecutor's proposal is followed, SBF's preparation time for reviewing evidence materials before trial is not sufficient.
