Ruslan Lienkha, the market director of YouHodler, stated that the SEC's main concern for spot crypto ETFs is the potential market manipulation by whales. In theory, this could happen if the SEC approves one or two ETFs for investment funds. However, if it decides to register all eight ETFs, it will greatly reduce the possibility of manipulation.
