ZK Proofs Take Center Stage at EthCC Paris' zkDay Event, with P0x Labs Announcing $25M Raise

Zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs, a cryptographic method that allows proof of something without revealing private information, were showcased at the zkDay event in Paris. P0x Labs, the developer behind ZK protocol Manta Network, announced a $25 million raise during the event. ZK proofs have played a critical role in powering layer-2 solutions and can enable private transactions that do not reveal sensitive information. Tiancheng Xie, CTO of ZK protocol Polyhedra, outlined the application of ZK technology in cross-chain bridges, which connects more than 10 different layer-1 and layer-2 blockchains.
