FTX officially released " FTX Group Clarifies Which Group Companies Have Not Commenced Voluntary Chapter 11 Proceedings in the United Satats". FTX said FTX Group and approximately 135 other affiliates had commenced voluntary bankruptcy proceedings under Chapter 11 of U.S. law, with some subsidiaries not included in bankruptcy proceedings, including LedgerX LLC, FTX Digital Markets, FTX Australia Pty Ltd and FTX Digital Markets Ltd, FTX Australia Pty Ltd and FTX Express Pay Ltd.
