US SEC Enforcement Chief: Won't Slow Down Legal Action Against Cryptocurrencies

Gurbir Grewal, head of the US Securities and Exchange Commission's enforcement division, told a forum hosted by legal education nonprofit the Practicing Law Institute that it will continue to take action and will not slow down legal action against cryptocurrencies, regardless of the technology used. He added: Not enforcing the most basic rules of our regulatory structure - that would be a betrayal of trust.
