Ripple CEO blames SEC: Regulatory transparency should come from openness

July 22 - Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse agrees with CFTC Commissioner Caroline Pham in criticizing the SEC's approach to regulation. He highlighted a line from Pham's recent statement on the SEC v. Wahi Litigation case: regulatory transparency comes from openness, not darkness. "Unfortunately, the SEC seems quite content with the latter," Garlinghouse commented.
