Terra community members release new proposal for 0.5% LUNA emergency allocation

06/06 01:54

Terra community members initiate a new proposal called "Proposed distribution method for 0.5% emergency LUNA allocation". This proposal is being made on behalf of a diverse group of Terra community members (including representatives of community members, validators, TFL, and others), and is intended to supplement the Terra Ecosystem Revival Plan 2 1 (the “Plan”). There are three cohorts eligible to receive the Emergency Fund: Projects who launched on Terra Classic and achieved product-market fit and TVL. Projects who launched on Terra Classic and achieved product-market fit but have no measurable TVL. Projects (pre- and post-launch) who have not yet achieved product-market fit (pre-PMF). It suggests a distribution of $100-300K of LUNA to eligible pre-PMF teams. According to the previous Terra Ecosystem Revival Plan 2, 10% of the LUNA supply was designated to incentivize developers on Terra 2.0, of which 0.5% was an emergency fund to help project parties build products after the network was launched. If Funds are refunded if the product is not launched within 1 year.
