This week, the crypto market stayed under pressure.

On the macro front, renewed geopolitical tensions kept investors cautious, pushing Bitcoin [BTC] ETF flows back into negative territory. To make matters worse, DeFi exploits further weighed on market sentiment.

Even so, a handful of AI and mid-cap altcoins outperformed, showing that capital is still rotating into selective narratives rather than the broader market.

Audiera [$BEAT] led this week’s top gainers with a 50% rally. More importantly, the move came after two straight weeks of decline and a broader consolidation phase, suggesting this wasn’t just a random spike. Instead, bulls stepped in to buy the dip, shifting momentum back in their favor.

The technical setup also remains constructive. The RSI is rising but hasn’t reached the extreme overbought zone yet, meaning there’s still room for the rally to extend. With buyers back in control and momentum building, $BEAT has a good chance of carrying its gains into the coming week.

That said, the next hurdle is a big one. As the chart below shows, $BEAT has broken above the $3.60 resistance and is now approaching the $4.00 psychological level. This is where sell-side pressure could start picking up as short-term traders take profits.

If bulls can absorb that selling and turn $4.00 into support, the rally could extend further. But if they fail to hold the breakout, $BEAT could see a healthy pullback before attempting another move higher.

That makes FOMO the next key catalyst to watch.

Early signs are already showing up on the daily chart, with $BEAT gaining more than 5% intraday. If that momentum continues and buyers keep chasing the breakout, $BEAT could be on track to test the $4.50-$5.00 resistance zone over the coming sessions.

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang says the AI boom is driven by long-term infrastructure demand rather than speculation, arguing that investments in AI computing will continue and dismissing concerns over an imminent technology bubble burst.

Artificial intelligence is unlikely to face a bubble burst anytime soon, according to NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, who believes the current AI boom is driven by a fundamental shift in computing rather than short-term market hype. His remarks come as investors continue to debate whether massive spending on AI infrastructure can be sustained.

Speaking during an interview with Axios co-founder Mike Allen, Huang argued that the semiconductor industry’s current growth cycle differs from previous booms. He said that the demand is not being driven by seasonal buying patterns or temporary trends but by a structural transformation in computing.

According to Huang, AI requires an entirely new computing infrastructure, with businesses, governments and developers investing heavily in data centers and advanced processors. He believes the industry will need to expand several times over the next decade to meet rising AI requirements.

The NVIDIA chief highlighted that he does not expect a downturn in AI chip demand ‘for a while,’ despite concerns over rising capital expenditure by technology companies. His comments arrive after semiconductor stocks experienced volatility amid questions about whether spending on AI hardware can continue at its current pace.

Huang maintained that customers are investing because AI infrastructure is becoming an essential part of modern computing rather than an optional technology upgrade. In his view, the industry’s growth is tied to long-term technological change instead of speculative buying.

Michael Saylor teases 'another color' after four straight weeks without a Strategy bitcoin buy

Michael Saylor posted Strategy’s bitcoin acquisition chart to X on Sunday morning with the caption “We’re gonna need another color.”

Strategy has not disclosed a bitcoin purchase since June 22, with its last four Monday filings covering share sales, dollar reserve additions and the largest bitcoin sale in company history.

Strategy holds 843,775 BTC at an average cost of $75,476, leaving the position roughly $9.3 billion underwater with bitcoin near $64,650.
Michael Saylor, Strategy's co-founder and executive chairman, posted a StrategyTracker chart of the company's bitcoin acquisitions to X on Sunday morning with the caption "We're gonna need another color." It is his fifth Sunday tracker post since Strategy last disclosed a bitcoin 
BTC+1.16%
 purchase.

The chart shows 113 purchase events and 843,775 BTC worth about $54.4 billion, roughly $9.3 billion below the $63.69 billion Strategy has spent building the position, according to its July 20 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Saylor's Sunday posts once frequently preceded a disclosure of a Monday purchase, but recently, that connection has weakened. As The Block previously reported, a June 28 post reading "We're gonna need more charts" was followed by a new capital framework rather than a buy, and the July 5 post preceded disclosure of the largest bitcoin sale in the company's history.

Strategy's last confirmed purchase was 520 BTC for about $34.9 million at an average price of $67,068, bought between June 15 and June 21. Filings on June 29, July 6, July 13 and July 20 recorded no purchases, with the most recent showing $263.5 million of MSTR share sales that helped lift the dollar reserve to $3.225 billion.

The exercise describes a steady multi-year decline, not a sudden crash or a guarantee that Strategy could meet every obligation under all market conditions.

Federal Police in Brazil has taken action against a high-profile drug trafficking ring that used cryptocurrency to launder the funds obtained for its narcotics export activity to Europe.

On Thursday, the Brazilian federal Police announced the results of Operation Commodity, which terminated the activities of a group that used the port of Rio de Janeiro to smuggle cocaine hidden in coffee, cement, and mortar shipments that were mainly sent to Europe, using a logistics network spanning South America, Europe, and Asia.

Investigations hint at over 6.5 tons of cocaine processed by the group since 2021 to various European countries, including France, Belgium, Germany, Slovenia, and Spain.

During the operation, which encompassed actions in São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, and Espírito Santo, 13 preventive arrests and 44 search-and-seizures were executed, with courts ordering the seizure of assets and freezing of property up to 1 billion reais (nearly $196 million). A shootout erupted in one of these locations, with a suspect dying of gunshot wounds as he resisted.

The group had links to the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) and Comando Vermelho (CV), two criminal organizations that the Trump Administration designated as Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs) and were previously targeted in Operation Exchange, which dismantled a $2 billion crypto money laundering ring earlier this month.

The police indicated that a luxury car dealership located in Greater São Paulo, which offered Ferrari, Porsche, Corvette, and Land Rover vehicles, was part of the operation that used shell companies to launder the drug trafficking proceeds using cryptocurrency.
