Bitcoin поднялся до $65 500, однако затем столкнулся с сильным сопротивлением со стороны продавцов. Объем торгов за последние 24 часа увеличился почти на 9%.

Ethereum также продемонстрировал рост, достигнув внутридневного максимума около $1 960, после чего развернулся и скорректировался вниз.

Что происходит с Bitcoin?

Открытый интерес (Open Interest) по Bitcoin снизился на 1,75% за последние сутки.

Как правило, снижение открытого интереса одновременно с ростом спотовой цены указывает на закрытие коротких позиций (short covering), когда трейдеры выкупают ранее открытые шорты, что способствует дальнейшему росту цены.

При этом индекс Crypto Fear & Greed по-прежнему находится в зоне «Страх», что говорит о сохраняющейся осторожности участников рынка.

Общая капитализация криптовалютного рынка составляет около $2,22 трлн, снизившись на 0,54% за последние 24 часа.

Dow Jones Futures прибавили 253 пункта (+0,49%);

Senators released new text for the Clarity Act, merging two versions and addressing for the first time what an ethics provision might look like. The bill isn't yet at the finish line though.

The narrative

We have a new draft of the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, which merges the drafts advanced by the Senate Banking and Agriculture Committees. It also adds an ethics provision that would bar senior government officials from sponsoring or issuing their own cryptocurrencies in response to President Donald Trump.
The window for passage is tightening, and while a new draft is progress, the fact that we're still waiting to see if there's bipartisan agreement on a key provision means the timeline is getting very tight indeed.

While we have new text and it does have an ethics provision, the underlying dynamics of the debate don't seem to have changed very much. The key thing to note here is that while this is a crypto bill that will result in sweeping changes to how federal regulators and their jurisdictions are defined, the biggest outstanding issue doesn't really have a lot to do with that.

Democrats want a more binding ethics provision, one that will let them actually affect Trump and the $1.4 billion he made off crypto last year, while Trump and Republicans don't want that to happen.

Bank of Russia Ratifies Openness Of Crypto Ecosystem: ‘No Restrictions for Transferring Crypto Abroad’

The Bank of Russia has come to the defense of the recently passed cryptocurrency bill, which establishes clear distinctions between qualified and non-qualified investors, pushing lower purchasing limits for the former group.

On Friday, during a press conference following a Board of Directors’ meeting, Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina ratified the need to establish this distinction, stressing that it was not limited to the cryptocurrency world and was a common element in regulation.

“Non-qualified investors have fewer opportunities because the government, through legislation, tries to protect them to avoid them embracing the risks that they don’t understand,” Nabiullina declared.

She also stressed these measures covered the crypto ecosystem, as digital assets can be seized from lawful owners abroad if they are suspected of having any links with Russia, and because of the crypto market’s volatility.

Bill No. 1194918-8, which is expected to become effective on September 1 alongside the long-awaited and recently confirmed rollout of the digital ruble, Russia’s central bank’s digital currency (CBDC), establishes a 300,000-ruble ($3,800) purchasing limit for non-qualified investors, while qualified investors enjoy limits ten times higher.

Nonetheless, Nabiullina highlighted the openness of the Russian crypto ecosystem, stressing that there were no limitations for repatriating and transferring digital assets abroad, just like in the current regulatory regime.

“Transfer of ordinary foreign currency to foreign accounts is not limited because that might be necessary in order to pay for health care services, for education,” Nabiullina said, but called on investors to be aware that when receiving these funds abroad, they
