Other market data also points to a possible cooldown. Funding rates turned negative during the crash and have not fully recovered. Derivatives open interest remained around $3.66 billion after the drop, while 72.5% of HTX accounts held long positions at the peak.


$XRP Rally Faces Roadblock
Such a heavy concentration of long positions can increase the risk of another sharp decline. $XRP’s Williams %R reading stood at -4 on Aug. 21, and its daily price moved above the upper Bollinger Band. Both showed that the market had moved too far, too quickly, and may need more time to cool down.

But please understand this clearly:

My silence was never surrender.

I am back because I still want answers, and I will continue seeking a fair resolution for as long as I can.

My case is not simply about a few NFTs disappearing from an account. It is about digital asset ownership, user rights, transparency, and accountability in the crypto industry.

I obtained my NFTs through official Huobi events. They were previously associated with my account. Today, I cannot access them.

I even downloaded my five-year account history from HTX, yet there is no NFT record there.

So after all these months, I am still asking the same simple questions:

Where are my NFTs?

When and how were they removed from my account?

On which blockchain were they held?

Were they transferred somewhere? If so, where?

Which contractual term or rule was used to justify removing or restricting access to these assets?

And where are the records of these transactions?

International digital-asset regulation is increasingly focused on transparency, custody, ownership, and the protection of users' assets. Whatever legal framework applies to a particular platform or jurisdiction, one principle should never disappear:

Users deserve to know what happened to assets they entrusted to a platform.

I am not asking for special treatment.

I am asking for facts, records, transparency, and a fair response.

My health has made this journey harder, but it has not made me give up.

As long as I have the strength to speak, I will continue to seek the truth and defend my rights.

This is no longer only about my NFTs.

It is about whether an ordinary user can be heard when something goes wrong.

I don't want to be silenced.
I want an explanation.
