美联储周三维持利率不变，这一决定终结了市场此前对2026年初降息的预期。

美联储在政策声明中表示：“就业增长依然低迷，失业率已出现企稳迹象。通胀率仍然偏高。”

对于维持利率不变的决定，有两位反对者。特朗普近期任命的斯蒂芬·米兰和据报道正在角逐美联储主席杰罗姆·鲍威尔继任者的克里斯·沃勒都倾向于将联邦基金利率下调25个基点。

在美联储采取预期行动后，比特币价格维持在略低于89,500美元的水平，美国股市变化不大。美元在昨日大幅下跌后，当日继续大幅走强，黄金价格继续上涨3.7%，接近每盎司5,300美元的历史高位。

 仅仅两个月前，交易员们对前景的看法还莫衷一是，预测市场普遍预期美联储会在1月份降息，降息概率超过40%。

到了11月底，这种可能性已经开始减弱。会议召开前，这种转变已经完成。市场预期美联储维持利率不变的可能性接近99%，这实际上消除了近期宽松政策的预期，并巩固了美联储将在第一季度继续保持紧缩政策的观点。

虽然1月份的决定排除了提前降息的可能性，但并未完全消除市场对宽松政策的预期。

市场参与者预计美联储不会在3月份的下次会议上恢复降息，CME FedWatch给出的概率仅为16%。4月份降息的可能性略高，约为30%。

LVRG Research总监Nick Ruck在Telegram消息中表示：“美联储决定维持利率不变，反映了持续的通胀担忧和趋于稳定的经济环境，由于流动性依然充足，这可能会导致加密货币市场短期内出现波动。”  “如果鲍威尔主席的新闻发布会传达出谨慎的‘维持高利率更长时间’的立场，或者暗示2026年降息幅度将减少，那么包括比特币在内的风险资产可能会面临短期压力。”

Сегодня цена Ethereum торгуется около 2240 долларов после стабилизации выше зоны поддержки в 2100 долларов, протестированной ранее на этой неделе. В ходе сессии наблюдается расхождение в потоках: каналы ETF зафиксировали первый приток средств за три дня, в то время как спотовые рынки продолжают активное распределение, создавая смешанные сигналы для краткосрочного направления.

Приток средств в ETF снова стал положительным после трехдневного затишья

3 февраля спотовые ETF на Ethereum зафиксировали чистый приток в размере 14,06 млн долларов, прервав трехдневную серию оттока, в результате которой из фондов было выведено 408 млн долларов. Лидером стал ETHA от BlackRock с притоком в размере 42,85 млн долларов, в то время как ETHE от Grayscale и FETH от Fidelity зафиксировали меньший отток в размере 8,25 млн и 54,84 млн долларов соответственно.

Общий объем активов под управлением ETF составляет 13,39 млрд долларов, а совокупный приток средств с момента запуска — 11,99 млрд долларов. Положительный приток средств свидетельствует о том, что некоторые институциональные покупатели рассматривают текущие уровни как привлекательные точки входа, хотя масштабы притока остаются небольшими по сравнению с недавними оттоками.

Japan’s Move on XRP! It’s Being Demoted from Crypto Asset Status! What Does It Mean? Here Are the Details

Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) plans to formally reclassify Ripple’s XRP token as a “regulated financial product” before the second quarter of 2026.

This step means that XRP will be removed from its current “crypto asset” status under the Payment Services Act and placed under the stricter Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA).

Officials state that the primary purpose of this change is to resolve the discrepancy between XRP’s actual use in Japan and its legal status.

XRP already plays a key role in the country’s banking and international money transfer infrastructure and is actively used by many financial institutions. The new classification aims to make XRP’s legal status more suitable for large-scale institutional adoption in Japan.

Following the reclassification, XRP will gain “investment grade” status as a financial instrument, similar to traditional stocks and bonds. This is expected to encourage new capital inflows into XRP, particularly by increasing interest from institutional investors. It is also suggested that this step could set a precedent for other major digital assets.

Under the new regulations, exchanges and liquidity providers will be required to provide more comprehensive disclosures about the asset’s volatility, technical characteristics, and relationship with the issuer. In addition, insider trading and market manipulation are explicitly prohibited, aiming to strengthen investor protection.
