SHIB trades within a tightening triangle, signaling a potential breakout soon.

The $0.0000060 level remains the key resistance for bullish momentum.

RSI stays positive, while MACD suggests momentum has recently cooled.

Shiba Inu has reached an important stage after a strong September rally. Price no longer moves aggressively higher. Instead, traders now watch a tightening structure develop beneath a major resistance zone. Market participants often pay close attention to these setups. A breakout can trigger fresh momentum. A breakdown can shift sentiment quickly. With technical indicators sending mixed signals, SHIB appears ready for a decisive move.

Recent market structure suggests buyers continue defending higher price levels. Earlier chart activity showed a long accumulation phase. That period eventually led to a strong advance through several resistance areas. After reaching levels above $0.0000060, SHIB entered consolidation. Profit-taking followed the rally, yet sellers failed to push price significantly lower. Such behavior often signals a market searching for direction rather than reversing.

Current price action has created a symmetrical triangle pattern. Lower highs continue pressing downward. At the same time, higher lows support the market from below. These converging trendlines indicate growing compression. Price currently trades near $0.00000572. The upper boundary of the triangle remains close to the key $0.0000060 resistance area. Meanwhile, rising support continues holding beneath current levels.

Many traders view symmetrical triangles as neutral formations. A breakout above resistance often favors buyers. A breakdown below support usually strengthens bearish sentiment. For now, neither side maintains complete control.

Bitcoin Traders Stack Billions in Bullish Calls as October Expiration Nears

Bitcoin traders have their sights on $95,000, but the options market has a rather different number in mind. As of Oct. 10, 2026, the derivatives giant Deribit‘s largest listed bitcoin options position contains 25,030.6 $BTC in $95,000 calls expiring Oct. 30, representing roughly $2.07 billion in notional exposure at current prices.

Yet the same expiration carries a max pain estimate near $78,000, setting up an intriguing tug-of-war between bullish positioning and the price at which options holders collectively face the greatest theoretical losses.

Calls Dominate as October Expiration Approaches

Data from Coinglass shows call options account for 268,357.06 $BTC, or 60.24% of total outstanding bitcoin options interest, compared with 177,147.85 $BTC in puts. The 24-hour trading breakdown is closer, with calls representing 54.02% of volume against 45.98% for puts.

Although the figures favor calls, the difference between outstanding positions and daily trading activity suggests that bullish exposure is more pronounced in existing contracts than in the latest turnover. The concentration is especially striking at Deribit, where several enormous positions are clustered around higher strike prices.

Beyond the $95,000 contract, another 15,158 $BTC sits in $90,000 calls, while $100,000 calls account for 14,561.8 $BTC. Together, those three contracts represent approximately 54,750 $BTC in open interest, equivalent to roughly $4.53 billion at a bitcoin price of $82,800. That’s a tidy sum tied to higher strikes, although open interest alone cannot establish whether participants are outright bullish, writing calls or hedging existing positions.

Max Pain Calculations Tell Another Story

The exchange-by-exchange picture complicates the bullish narrative considerably. For Oct. 30, Deribit’s

$GRVT Sanctumso has introduced swSOL, a new alternative to wrapped $SOL (wSOL) that maintains a 1:1 redemption rate for $SOL while paying staking yield to integrating protocols. This initiative targets approximately $2.2 billion in idle wSOL, addressing liquidity concerns within the Solana ecosystem. The announcement, made by the influencer @SolanaFloor, could significantly enhance staking opportunities for users.

The Story So Far

The introduction of swSOL comes at a pivotal time for Solana, which has been actively working on innovation and growth within its ecosystem. With the broader crypto market showing mixed signals, this new offering may attract attention from both investors and developers looking for yield-generating opportunities. The potential for increased liquidity and staking rewards could further strengthen Solana’s market position.

Quick Take

swSOL is designed to replace wrapped $SOL with a 1:1 redemption feature. It aims to target $2.2 billion in idle wSOL assets. The staking yield provided to integrating protocols may incentivize user participation. The launch aligns with Solana’s ongoing innovation efforts. Stakeholders anticipate that swSOL will enhance Solana’s appeal in the competitive DeFi landscape.

Market Snapshot

Currently, Solana’s market dynamics are influenced by the introduction of swSOL, which could lead to increased wallet activity and accumulation among larger investors. The move to enhance staking yields may also draw more users into the Solana ecosystem, potentially impacting overall network activity positively. While current trading volumes remain low, the sentiment surrounding swSOL suggests a growing interest among investors.

$GRVT Starknet has announced a significant initiative aimed at engaging developers in its ecosystem. This move comes as part of a broader strategy to drive innovation within the crypto space. The announcement surfaced through a tweet from the Starknet account, highlighting its focus on attracting developer participation for upcoming projects. This initiative could pave the way for more robust contributions to the Starknet platform.

The Key Development

In the current climate of mixed signals in the crypto market, Starknet’s latest announcement has generated buzz on social media, particularly among developers and crypto enthusiasts. The initiative aims to attract nearly 150 projects under the STRK20 framework, reflecting Starknet’s commitment to fostering innovation. Given the growing interest in blockchain technology, this program could enhance Starknet’s position in the competitive landscape of decentralized platforms. Community sentiment is leaning positively, suggesting that this could lead to increased engagement and collaboration within the Starknet ecosystem.

Market Snapshot

Despite broader market fluctuations, Starknet’s focus on developer engagement signals a proactive approach to enhancing its offerings. Currently, Starknet’s price is $0, with trading volume reported as zero over the past 24 hours. This lack of trading activity points to a potential disconnect in market sentiment versus the enthusiastic response to its new initiatives. Bitcoin ETFs’ momentum could ‘not last too long’ — Ecoinometrics
After 2 years and 9 months of Spot Bitcoin [$BTC] ETFs being launched, the demand for the first-ever crypto ETF is perhaps gradually slowing down. However, despite the turtle movement, $BTC ETFs still continue to support Bitcoin’s price recovery, according to Ecoinometrics.

Over the last 30 days, net inflows into Bitcoin ETFs have remained positive at approximately 30,000–40,000 $BTC. However, the pace of these purchases has weakened as Bitcoin recently consolidated above $80,000, suggesting that buying pressure may be losing momentum.

Still, Ecoinometrics noted that this slowdown is relatively mild compared to previous periods when ETF demand reversed sharply

For now ETF demand is still supporting Bitcoin’s recovery. But that better not last too long.

Bitcoin ETFs’ rollercoaster

The timing here is interesting as just recently, Bitcoin ETF flows showed significant volatility between 1st October and 9th October.

According to Farside investors, on 1st October, Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows of $102.7 million, led by BlackRock’s IBIT with $195.6 million.

Inflows strengthened on 2nd October, reaching $189.9 million, supported by $158.2 million entering IBIT and $29.3 million into FBTC. However, sentiment weakened on 5th October, when ETFs recorded $89.8 million in net outflows. On 6th October, flows recovered to $118.8 million in net inflows.

Meanwhile, selling pressure intensified on 7th October, with total net outflows reaching $484.9 million, including $207.7 million from IBIT and $105.1 million from FBTC. Then, on 8th October, another $244.1 million flowed out, led by $197.1 million in FBTC outflows.

Lastly, by 9th October, flows turned slightly positive at $21.1 million, as IBIT attracted $22.4 million and VanEck’s HODL received $2.3 million, offsetting modest FBTC outflows. Overall, th
