Dogecoin’s price action has a habit of doing the unthinkable just when the crowd has stopped paying attention. The leading meme coin is presently grinding between $0.09 and $0.10, stuck in a tight range that makes it easy to dismiss any bullish outlook. However, one analyst believes the meme coin is still on track to repeat its previous cycles.

The 1.618 Fibonacci Level And Dogecoin’s History Of Breakouts

Technical analysis from crypto analyst Javon Marks has drawn attention to a Fibonacci-based framework that, when mapped across Dogecoin’s entire price history, reveals an interesting, consistent behavior. According to Marks, Dogecoin’s previous bull cycles share a pattern where each major rally extended beyond the 1.618 Fibonacci level before reaching a new all-time high.

This behavior was visible in both the 2017 and 2021 cycles. The 2024 to 2026 cycle, however, has been different, as Dogecoin has yet to extend to the 1.618 Fibonacci extension level projected from the previous bear market low.

The chart accompanying the analysis highlights these repeating structures. In the 2017 cycle, Dogecoin’s rally topped out slightly above the 1.618 extension. In 2021, the move went even further, breaking as high as the 2.272 Fibonacci extension from the 2019 low and reaching its current all-time high of $0.7316.

Can Dogecoin Push To The 1.618 Fib Level Again?

The premise of this technical outlook is that Dogecoin’s bull cycle is not over until it breaks above the 1.618 Fib extension. If that extension is reached, the projection is a price rally of over 2,600% from current levels to at least $2.80.

Cashtags and contract addresses now trigger asset suggestions, allowing users to select the specific stock or crypto token they mean. Once selected, a tap on the Cashtag opens a feed of relevant posts alongside a price chart, all without forcing users off-platform.

Bier described that flow in product terms, but the market implication is clear. “When you search for or post a cashtag (or contract address), X will automatically suggest matching stocks or crypto tokens, so you can select the exact asset you had in mind. Anyone who taps a Cashtag will see posts mentioning it along with its price chart—without ever leaving X. This ensures that you’re always matched to the chatter for the right stock or token.”

For crypto users, that reduces one of the platform’s longstanding friction points: the gap between seeing a ticker trend and finding the corresponding asset context.

X also signaled that Cashtags are meant to evolve beyond a media feature into a transaction layer. Bier said, “Our vision is more than just charts. The content on X is valuable & actionable, so trading should be frictionless. Today

The cryptocurrency market has slightly retraced following its recent rally.

Bitcoin has dropped to the $74,300 level, while Ether is trading around $2,330, down by more than 1% in the last 24 hours.

Ripple’s $XRP is also down by 0.5% since Tuesday and is now hovering around $1.35 per coin.

It has failed to take out the $1.40 resistance level once again and could record further losses in the near term.

$XRP ETFs, derivatives gain on renewed investor interest

$XRP is down by less than 1% in the last 24 hours despite a mild return in risk appetite from both institutional and retail market participants.

According to CoinGlass, US-listed $XRP spot Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) extended a three-day bullish streak, attracting $10.9 million in inflows on Tuesday and roughly $1.46 million on Monday.

Cumulative inflows now stand at $1.23 billion, with net assets under management averaging $966 million.

If the risk-on sentiment holds and draws investor interest, $XRP could gain momentum, driving prices above $1.40.

In addition to that, $XRP is currently experiencing a mild influx of retail capital, as futures OI rises to $2.47 billion on Wednesday, from $2.38 billion recorded on Monday.

On average, prices fell 0.1%. By region prices fell by 0.7% in Jerusalem, rose 0.9% in the north, rose 0.3% in Haifa and rose 0.5% in the central region. Prices fell 0.7% in Tel Aviv and rose 0.2% in the south. Paxos Labs raises $12mln to solve THIS DeFi ‘product problem’
Paxos Labs has raised $12 million to solve what the project calls DeFi’s ‘product problem.’ Notably, Paxos Labs is a spin-off of the crypto infrastructure firm Paxos.

Through its new Amplify, Paxos Labs believes it can make it super easy for users to earn yield, borrow, and lend assets at scale.

In a statement, Spencer Bogart, general partner at Blockchain Capital, an early investor and one of the key firms that led the latest fundraising round, said,

The infrastructure problem is largely solved. The product problem, what users and platforms actually do with these assets on-chain, is the largest open opportunity in fintech today, and this is the team to build it.

For the unfamiliar, Paxos is a white-label issuer or simply a service provider that helps other firms to create and manage their branded stablecoins.

However, the Paxos Labs spin-off was necessary to address the lack of clarity associated with DeFi regulation. Now, the team wants to go beyond branded stablecoins.

Paxos Labs’ Amplify plans

Amplify is a new stack by Paxos Labs that allows users to mint, earn, and borrow assets. For institutions, Amplify aims to help apps and other fintechs make on-chain assets more productive.

The end goal? Empower users to earn yield.

Commenting on the update, Bhau Kotecha, Co-Founder of Paxos Labs, said,

Is ‘buy and hold at JP Morgan’ really what digital assets were built for? That’s a failure. That’s not the mission. The first step was getting people in. The next step is making their assets productive. That’s what we’re building.

According to the team, Amplify has already shown traction. The project cited partners like privacy-focused chain Aleo, neobank Hyperbeat, and Toku, recording a surge in assets under management after it went live last week.

Meanwhile, Shiba Inu is in a range on higher timeframes. On the daily chart, the token has trended within a channel for 35 days, dating back to March 11. Within this wedge, it has shuffled between the upper resistance and lower support trendlines.

Currently, SHIB is approaching the channel’s lower support after a 2.83% drop on Tuesday. If bears continue to dominate proceedings, the price may fall to retest the support around $0.00000562. Losing this level could cause the meme coin to break down, targeting $0.00000523 first, then $0.0000050.

However, regaining momentum around the current level or the support paves the way for a retest of the channel’s upper resistance at $0.00000625. A breakout, if momentum persists, targets $0.00000644 first. The next major resistance is around the February 14 lower high of $0.00000725.

Notably, to sustain an uptrend, SHIB needs to reclaim key moving averages. At its current price of $0.00000585, it trades slightly above the 50-day MA at $0.00000584. The next key level is the 100-day MA at $0.00000656.
