Justin Sun, Founder of Tron DAO, has expressed his confidence in the future of the ecosystem. This comes at a time when TRX price is trembling, possibly under the bearish wave across the crypto market. Nevertheless, TRX price projection remains optimistic, and the ecosystem is likely to announce more developments.

Justin Sun, through an X post, has emphasized that Tron would become a paradise, adding that it could take a lead in two different interactions. These are AI Agent-to-Agent and Machine-to-Machine.

His confidence also possibly stems from recent developments like the integration of CoolWallet in the Tron blockchain ecosystem. For reference, the integration brings down transaction costs for CoolWallet users and enables secure management of TRX.

This comes closer to the integration of Kolo Hub with the Tron network. The integration essentially facilitates a direct movement of funds from the Tron Network to Kolo crypto cards.

TRX price has declined by 4.12% over the last 24 hours. It is now listed at $0.2694, which is also down by 6.62% over the last week. Overall, Tron tokens are down by 38.91% from their ATh of $0.4407, which was recorded on December 04, 2024. However, Justin Sun has hailed the accumulation of Tron tokens by Tron Inc.

Tron Inc. recently announced acquiring 180,093 TRX at an average price of $0.28. Its total TRX holdings now stand at over 680.1 million, with plans to acquire more tokens. According to weekly data, approximately $2.6 billion worth of crypto options will expire on the Deribit derivatives exchange on February 6th.


According to Deribit data, $2.15 billion worth of Bitcoin ($BTC) and $408 million worth of Ethereum ($ETH) options will expire.


Accordingly, the Put/Call ratio for $BTC options is 1.42, while the maximum loss point is $82,000 and the intrinsic value is $2.15 billion.


Looking at Ethereum, $ETH options have a Put/Call ratio of 1.13, a maximum stop-loss point of $2,550, and a nominal value of $408 million.


What Do Bitcoin and Ethereum Options Mean?


The put/call ratio is 1.42 for Bitcoin and 1.13 for Ethereum, indicating that investors are selling more than they are buying and showing an increasing bearish dominance in the market.


Max pain, on the other hand, can often act like a magnet in options markets as the expiration date approaches.


In the options market, maximum pain is the price level at which investors incur the most losses, while options sellers feel most comfortable. In other words, it’s a level that acts like a magnet in the market as contracts expire.


At this point, the maximum pain level for Bitcoin is $82,000, while the maximum pain level for Ethereum is $2,550.

It’s Now in the Air Pocket,’ Wolf of All Streets Explains Why XRP is Dumping Harder Than Most


Scott Melker, the Wolf of All Streets, recently revealed that $XRP has dropped into the air pocket, which explains why it now records steeper declines.

His recent commentary comes on the back of the latest wave of selling pressure that hit the market. Notably, this pressure led to $889 million in realized losses for Bitcoin ($BTC), marking its second-largest capitulation event since 2022, as prices dropped to $66,000. $BTC has since collapsed further below $65,000, bringing down the rest of the market with it.

As a result, $XRP has seen similar declines to the $1.2 region, slipping into the air pocket on the weekly chart. For context, this air pocket represents the downside area below the horizontal support trendline at $1.61, where there is minimal buying support. According to Melker, $XRP’s drop to this area explains why it sees steeper declines than other assets.

The crypto market has witnessed yet another wave of selling pressure, pushing Bitcoin ($BTC) and other assets to new lows.

This latest selling pressure also triggered an $XRP collapse to $1.2, leading to a drop below its 1-week horizontal support trendline.

The area beneath this support trendline has little buying support, representing $XRP’s air pocket.

Dips toward an air pocket often trigger larger declines due to little buying pressure in the area, and this explains $XRP’s further downward push.

While $XRP may eye its next support around the 200W MA at $1.1, this moving average has recently failed to protect other altcoins.
