📈 NYSE Lifts Crypto ETF Options Limits — More Flexibility for Bitcoin & Ether Trading
Big news for crypto ETF traders: two exchanges affiliated with the New York Stock Exchange have officially removed the 25,000-contract position limit on options tied to 11 crypto ETFs, including Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) products.
NYSE Arca and NYSE American filed rule changes on March 10, which were quickly acknowledged by the SEC. The regulator even waived the standard 30-day waiting period, meaning the changes are now in effect immediately.

Previously, these limits were set when crypto ETF options launched in November 2024, to help reduce volatility and prevent market manipulation.
