As per data from OpenRouter, AkashML reached a new all-time high of 6.58 billion tokens processed in the last 24 hours. The team achieved this milestone in less than two months after launching the product.

Worth noting, processing over 5 billion tokens per day has become the norm since toward the end of April. April alone processed almost 120 billion tokens.

Evernorth, an XRP treasury company building its strategy around long-term participation in the XRP ecosystem, has asserted that XRP’s most important institutional story is not price action, exchange-traded fund (ETF) demand, or tokenization headlines. In a blog post by Chief Business Officer Sagar Shah on May 8, the firm said the XRP Ledger’s deeper shift is happening in the infrastructure that regulated capital needs before it can operate on public blockchain rails.

Recent XRPL upgrades support that view. Multi-Purpose Tokens brought compliance controls into tokenized assets, including KYC requirements, transfer limits, allowlists, freeze controls, and clawback functions. The market is currently exhibiting a textbook rotation phase.

On the technical side, Bitcoin dominance (BTC.D) has logged four straight days of downside pressure after its early May breakout to 61.2%. At the same time, the Altcoin Season Index has jumped by more than 10 points in less than 24 hours, reinforcing a classic BTC-to-altcoin rotation setup.

Historically, however, altcoin rallies rarely sustain momentum unless Ethereum [ETH], the largest altcoin, starts gaining strength against Bitcoin [BTC], allowing deeper capital to flow across the broader altcoin market.

As the chart below shows, the ETH/BTC ratio has rebounded around 0.7% after four consecutive weeks of decline. This could be an early sign that rotation might be expanding beyond Bitcoin.

On-chain data also showed larger holders adding exposure before and during the rally. Santiment data showed wallets holding 1 million to 10 million $ONDO increased their combined balance from 555.38 million to 594.05 million over the past month.

Together, the three cohorts added about 77.7 million tokens during the month. The spread across several holder groups showed that the accumulation was not limited to a single whale tier, signaling growing confidence in $ONDO’s medium-term prospects.

Derivative activity also expanded sharply. Futures volume jumped 183.27% to $1.61 billion, while open interest rose 30% to $240 million within 24 hours.

Before the expansion, price briefly dipped below the $0.055 support zone, likely sweeping weaker positions and unlocking liquidity for continuation higher.

The move then accelerated toward the $0.0694 resistance while maintaining minimal retracement across the 4-hour structure.

Meanwhile, rising green volume confirmed genuine capital inflows rather than temporary low-liquidity spikes as the RSI approached the 70 overbought threshold.

After $SEI’s aggressive expansion toward the $0.0694 resistance, momentum gradually shifted into a controlled retracement phase. Price initially faced sharp rejection near $0.0694 before retracing toward the 38.2% Fibonacci support around $0.0657.This zone now acts as the market’s immediate strength test because strong bullish structures usually defend shallow pullbacks quickly.

If buyers maintain control above $0.0657, momentum may rebuild toward another retest of the $0.0694 high. A successful breakout there could expose it toward the psychological $0.080 region.

Meanwhile, RSI cooled toward 55.85 after previously entering overbought territory above 70, helping reset momentum conditions. CMF also remained positive near 0.12, signaling capital still flows into the token despite profit-taking pressure.

However, losing the $0.0634 support may expose the token toward the $0.060 region again.
