Tron DAO announced it has expanded its Al and stablecoin funding to $1 billion.

Tron DAO announced in a post from its X account that it has increased its Al and cryptocurrency fund, which it first launched in 2023, from $100 million to $1 billion.

According to the announcement, the fund will invest in four areas: "1) Al agent identity projects, 2) Stablecoin-based payment projects, 3) Tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), and 4) Developer tools for autonomous financial systems."

H100 Eyes Strategic Bitcoin Acquisition to Triple its BTC Holdings and Expand Institutional Scale H100 is planning to acquire Norwegian bitcoin-focused firms Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS.

H100 Group AB (H100), the Stockholm-based publicly listed bitcoin treasury company, announced a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire Norwegian bitcoin-focused firms Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS.

The move, if completed, would roughly triple H100's holdings to around 3,500 BTC, positioning the company among Europe's largest listed bitcoin treasury firms and enhancing its institutional profile, according to a press release seen by Bitcoin Magazine.

Currently holding 1,051 BTC, the company would add the target companies' combined 2,450 BTC through the transaction.

Bernstein Calls Bitcoin Bottom, Sees 226% Upside for Strategy Stock

Strategy shares were trading around $138 at publication time. The stock is down 57% over the past six months but has gained 10.9% over the past month.

Analysts at Bernstein said Tuesday that Bitcoin has likely found its cyclical low. The firm maintained its $150,000 year-end price target for Bitcoin. It also reaffirmed an Outperform rating and a $450 price target on treasury company Strategy.

Strategy shares were trading around $138 at publication time. The stock is down 57% over the past six months but has gained 10.9% over the past month. At $138.20, the $450 target represents 226% upside from Monday's closing price.

The analysts said Strategy's ability to weather a roughly 50% drawdown in Bitcoin from its October 2025 peak reflects a shift in how the company raises capital. Strategy launched its STRC preferred share in July 2025. The instrument pays an 11.5% annual dividend on a monthly basis.

STRC trading volumes rose 65% over the past three months. The 30-day average daily volume reached $220 million, making it the most liquid preferred product in its category, according to Bernstein. Institutional investors, including FMR, BlackRock, Capital Group, and VanEck, hold roughly 23% of the outstanding STRC supply.

Strategy has raised $2.1 billion through STRC year-to-date, including $1.2 billion in a single week in mid-March. The company used $2.2 billion of STRC-raised capital to buy approximately 29,400 Bitcoin. Preferred instruments now account for $10 billion of Strategy's $18 billion total debt and preferred equity stack.

The company’s balance sheet holds $56 billion in Bitcoin and cash against $18 billion in total debt, according to Bernstein. Cash reserves cover annual dividend and interest costs for 25 months. The $54 billion Bitcoin position covers annual financing obligations
