Bitcoin rebounded roughly 2.5% over the weekend to reach $74,000 on Sunday, with the recovery beginning near $72,500.

The local low came close to the realized price of $BTC held for three to six months (orange), a cohort often used to gauge medium-term investor conviction.

Glassnode data placed that group's cost basis near $71,400, which analyst Marcus Corvinus described as Bitcoin’s "strongest near-term support."

"This cohort is still holding profits, creating a strong incentive to defend the level," Corvinus said in a Sunday post.

The analyst highlighted $78,200 as the next potential upside target for Bitcoin because the level aligns with the realized price of $BTC held for three to six months (yellow). Bulls lost the level during the October 2025 market rout.

What happens after Bitcoin breaks above 3m-6m cost basis?

Bitcoin’s rebound above its three-to-six-month holder cost basis (yellow) has historically preceded stronger returns over longer time frames since 2017.

After similar breakouts, $BTC has averaged a 2.3% gain over the following 30 days, a 21.9% gain after 90 days, and a 36.6% gain after 180 days.

From Bitcoin’s current level near $74,000, that would imply upside targets of roughly $75,700 in one month, $90,200 in three months, and $101,100 in six months.

Revealing the moment crypto started reshaping American elections


Less than four years after the collapse of FTX triggered calls for a sweeping crackdown, the crypto industry has emerged as one of the fastest-growing forces in American politics, spending millions across both parties, reshaping key elections, and transforming itself from a regulatory target into a powerful new political machine.

In 2022, Washington's dominant question about the crypto industry had little to do with the fine print of securities law. After the collapse of FTX triggered a wave of congressional fury and handed Gary Gensler's SEC a permission slip to pursue enforcement actions at scale, lawmakers on both sides of the political aisle were openly debating whether the sector deserved regulated status at all.

Cautious congressional allies began distancing themselves, and the media cycle was doing the industry no favors. For a little while, it looked like the whole market was headed for supervised wind-down.

But by the end of the 2024 election cycle, Bitcoin's political environment had been almost entirely remade. Crypto companies collectively spent around $139 million shaping that year's elections through a network of super PACs, and they've since assembled a war chest exceeding $220 million for the 2026 midterms.

The sector's transformation from a regulatory punching bag to a lobbying operation capable of rivaling oil companies and banks in raw political spend shows what an industry does when it concludes (correctly) that its long-term survival depends on controlling the conditions under which it gets regulated.

Solana Price Lags $BNB Breakout as $SOL Mirrors Same Setup

Solana traded below its breakout level on a chart shared by CryptoCurb on X, while $BNB moved above the same resistance area after gaining more than 10% on the day.

The chart compares $SOL and $BNB price action since the October 2025 top. CryptoCurb said both assets have moved in a highly correlated pattern during that period.

$BNB broke above the red resistance line near the end of May. $SOL, shown in purple, remained below that same level on the comparison chart.

CryptoCurb said $SOL could follow $BNB if the correlation continues. However, the chart does not confirm a Solana breakout yet, as $SOL still needs to move above the marked resistance zone.

Solana Price Holds Triangle Support as Ray Marks $125 Target

Solana traded near $82.79 on the chart shared by Ray on X, as $SOL held close to the lower boundary of a broad triangle pattern.

The chart shows $SOL forming lower highs and higher lows after its sharp February decline. Major swing highs appeared near $91.20, $94.02, $97.67, $90.74 and $98.39, while support formed around $67.70, $75.67, $76.76 and $81.42.

$SOL also remained below a short term descending line inside the larger structure. This keeps price compressed between rising support and the upper resistance line.
