I. Project Introduction

1. What Is Mind Network?

Mind Network is a privacy and security infrastructure protocol centered around Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), designed to power AI Agents, PoS networks, cross-chain communication, and on-chain payment scenarios. FHE architecture enables computational operations to be executed directly on ciphertext, yielding a decryptable result without ever exposing the underlying raw data. FHE functions as the native token of the Mind Network ecosystem.

2. How Does Mind Network Work?

Mind Network implements FHE across secure voting mechanisms, staking delegation, cross-chain messaging, AI Agent collaboration, and on-chain payments, allowing nodes to execute verification or computing tasks without touching the plaintext data. The current product ecosystem includes AgenticWorld, MindChain, FHEBridge, EOM, HTTPZ, and x402z. FHEBridge was co-developed by Mind Network and Chainlink, with cross-chain capabilities powered by Chainlink CCIP. The earlier FHE validation network product MindV has ceased operations.

3. Who Founded Mind Network?

The core founding and executive leadership team of Mind Network includes Christian Pusateri, Mason Song, George Shao, and Dennis Song. The team members possess specialized backgrounds spanning blockchain infrastructure, cybersecurity, advanced cryptography, and ecosystem growth. The project successfully raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round in June 2023, and went on to complete a $10 million Pre-A financing round in September 2024, bringing its cumulative financing total to approximately $12.5 million.

4. Mind Network Tokenomics

The total supply of the FHE token is capped at 1 billion tokens, with an initial circulating supply of approximately 249 million tokens (representing 24.9% of the total supply) at the time of launch. The allocation framework is designated as follows: Community 30%, Investors 20%, Team 17%, Airdrop 11.7%, Treasury 10%, Public Sale 5%, Liquidity Providers 5%, and Advisors 1.3%. Distinct allocation categories are governed by specific cliff periods and linear vesting schedules. FHE tokens are utilized for network incentives, staking, protocol governance, and the purchasing or settling of privacy-preserving computation services.

5. Timeline of Key Milestones

June 2023: Protocol closes a $2.5 million seed funding round.

July 2024: The Alpha Mainnet launches alongside the rollout of the Mind XP incentive campaign.

September 2024: Protocol successfully raises $10 million in a Pre-A financing round.

April 10, 2025: The FHE token officially launches.

July 2025: FHE MCP launched on BytePlus, and the project joined the BNB Chain Kickstart service provider program.

January 2026: x402z launched, expanding encryption capabilities for AI Agent and on-chain payments.

As of 2026: MindV has concluded, with project focus shifting to AgenticWorld, MindChain, FHEBridge, EOM, HTTPZ, and x402z.
