Launched in early July, the Robinhood Chain platform attracted attention, especially in the first month, due to the activity sparked by the emergence of meme coins.
Although the network maintained a high transaction volume in August, it was noted that around 75% of the total transaction volume on the FOMO platform, which stands out against the backdrop of meme coin transactions, occurred on Robinhood Chain as of August 31.
However, these figures do not reflect reality. A notable analysis of the FOMO platform was published. According to data provided by Unfolded, the vast majority of the 375,740 users who traded on the platform did not achieve significant profits.
The Vast Majority of Users Either Lost Money or Earned Less Than $100!
According to the analysis by Unfolded, 95.2% of FOMO platform users either lost money or made a profit of less than $100. This statistic indicates that a very large portion of users trading on the platform did not see substantial gains.
Conversely, it is noteworthy that the percentage of users achieving high returns in the presented data was extremely low.
Thus, only 229 users, or approximately 0.06% of all users, earned more than $10,000 in profit.
Furthermore, 653 users (0.17%) earned more than $5,000, and 3,504 users (0.9%) earned more than $1,000.
The obtained data and chart show that in the highly volatile meme coin market, only a very limited number of investors manage to secure significant profits. The fact that only a few users make profits further highlights the high risk and uncertainty inherent in meme coin trading.
