Fusion Bank, a Hong Kong virtual bank strategically invested by Tencent, announced the signing of a strategic cooperation intention letter with digital bank Zhongyin Bank, aiming to strengthen innovation cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong and promote the integration of financial technology in the Greater Bay Area. According to the strategic cooperation framework, Fusion will leverage WeBank's experience in digital inclusive finance to develop innovative financial technology and apply it to the financial cooperation scenarios in the Greater Bay Area. At the same time, targeting the pain points of financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises, more innovative digital financial products will be developed.
