KaratDAO: zkSyncstarter Did Not Comply With the Agreement To Send ETH or Return KAT, and More Than Half of Its IDO Funds Flowed Into the Same Wallet Address

KaratDAO announced that it has partnered with zkSyncstarter and transferred 206,000 KAT to the latter in anticipation of receiving the corresponding ETH as agreed. However, zkSyncstarter did not send the promised ETH and did not return Karat's KAT tokens.
