Wu Jiezhuang: Call for the development of digital Hong Kong dollar and make Hong Kong a virtual asset-friendly city

On August 23, Hong Kong "Legislative Council C15+" members submitted a policy report proposal to Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam. Among them, Wu Jiezhuang, representing the innovation and technology industry, called for the development of a "digital Hong Kong dollar", stating that "we should not lose to other regions" and suggesting that Hong Kong should become a "virtual asset-friendly city" by facilitating policies for virtual currency as daily transactions.
