Oanda Acquires Majority Interest in UK Crypto Asset Firm Coinpass

New York-based online trading group, Oanda, has acquired a majority interest in UK-based crypto asset firm, Coinpass. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. This acquisition will allow Oanda to expand its cryptocurrency trading offering in the UK market, while Coinpass will continue to serve corporate clients and expand its B2B2C capabilities.
