Genomes.io receives $20m commitment from GEM Digital to accelerate technological growth in genomic data monetization.

London-based biotech company Genomes.io has secured a $20m commitment from Bahamas-based digital asset investment firm GEM Digital Limited. The investment will allow the company to accelerate its technological growth and continue developing its secure DNA data storage and sharing application. Genomes.io enables users to sequence, store and commercialize their genomic data while providing biotech and pharmaceutical organizations with equitable access to genomic data.
