Titan Global Capital Management Charged by SEC for Misleading Disclosures on Crypto Assets

Titan Global Capital Management has been charged by the US SEC for making misleading disclosures regarding client crypto assets due to compliance failures. As per the charges, Titan will pay over $1 million, including an $850,000 civil penalty and over $190,000 in prejudgment interest, and agree to a cease-and-desist order and a censure.
