According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring of Maker's DSR, after the proposal to reduce the DSR from 8% to 5% took effect, some whales withdrew from the DSR pool, including Sun Ge: 20 minutes ago, Sun Ge redeemed 206 million DAI from the DSR pool, then repaid the borrowed 235,556 wstETH. Sun Ge earned 257,000 DAI in interest for the 206 million DAI held for 9 days, and just bought 154 ETH.
